This is great injury prevention stuff too. I recently stumbled onto the idea of "feed" or "flush" workouts to get blood into the tissues to aid in recovery. Helps with tendons because the get less blood flow normally.

I’ve been arm wrestling for around 7 years, since I was 9, got into it bc of my father. I found that cupping makes it easier and gives u a advantage. Every time I arm wrestle, I end up cupping and I’m told that I’m cheating 😅😂. Don’t blame them though since back then I thought that was cheating as well😅

Hey Devin, love your easygoing funloving nature, especially in these insane times. I just want to ask you, is this basically Bulgarian style periodization and hyperplasia training you're doing? The Bulgarian Olympic lifters of the 70's Nd 80's did several workouts a day, resulting in hyperplasia. I ask you this, guessing that you are doing whatever it takes to do what you said you needed to do - increase your strength by at least 30% - am I right?
