Devon, honestly I am so thankful you are making all these videos, especially the multispinner. I created mine (some variations from yours), but my game improved significantly. Incredible. I heard you on one of your videos and at the moment I am only doing 3 exercises, this one being one of them. I track my progress and my wrist has become iron. Please keep uploading.

I’m a true rookie despite loving arm wrestling I’ve never been very good. Now that I’ve been working out heavily for the last 8 weeks and I consider it a lifestyle change. However I’m always very careful not to injure myself. Yet my elbow joint throbs after a heavy match. Way more than I feel like it should, hopefully it’s nothing bad. Another doctor appointment perhaps.

Its the same feel as your cupping gravity feed wrist curls but in my opinion better because of the abillity to lat drag with it. Full connection! If his legs are on your side wouldn't you have every right for a foul on him or is it legal to move to push him back to his side of the table or can you place your legs on top of his . Subduing 300+ pounds at a kings move good luck 🍀

Devon, how did you build your pulley system? Is it just a pulley arm cannibalized from an old weight bench and welded to a steel plate that you clamp to a table or something similar? I'm trying to get into the sport and I want to replicate your training as much as possible. Thank you for explaining how to build and use the multi spinner.
