Because promoting Ermes doesn't bring in much cash compared to Michael. All the deals are backing Michael and he is connected more within North America. Ermes is an outsider to the ones in NA so they don't back him up. If he moves and starts living in US or CA like some Europeans do such as Sarah, they'll start promoting and backing him up. It's all about sports they say, but it is not.

I HATE to admit that Devon is right. Under the table Todd probably has the best chance because Levan's one known weakness is stamina. However, Michael is one North American I'd root against. That trash style of arm wrestling and depending on a bone lock has no place at the top. Not champion material.

@AbissoSTG6168 I disagree. Michael gets his hand taken all the time. His bone locked kings move allows him to sit there all day, tire out his opponent, and climb up their hand. Ermes exploited that weakness of Levan. If Michael is able to make Levan really work for 2-3 rounds, then Levan won't have much in the tank. Stopping him is a BIG "if", though. I feel like Levan could legitimately hurt Michael, as well.

However, if Levan has the hand dominance, he will win. I appreciate your opinion, but the only thing I want is for Levan to lose, to anyone, I don't care. But not because I'm a hater, on the contrary he is a good champion, but because after a certain period having such a dominant champion bores me.

@AbissoSTG6168 I can appreciate that perspective. I rather enjoy the concept of a long-term legendary champion. There's something childishly heroic and inspiring about it. Depending on the athlete, that is. Levan is such a worthy champ that I love it for him. I don't mind if he gets beat, but I'd like it to be someone of equal character and worth. Someone deserving who demands respect from the arm wrestling community. Personally, I think Michael falls far short of meeting that criteria. However, we're all different, and that's ok! 🍻
