I 100% knew that not evolving bible with huge duration buffs was insane before 1.0 came out lol. I always thought bible evolution was counterintuitive since you cant summon multiple sets when its a permanent effect.

The evo isn't realy permanent, it just summons another set when the first one expires. So it seems permanent.

the arcane that makes king bible explode on expiration also includes the evolution of king bible, which wouldnt make sense if it was truly permanent. If i recall correctly it simply removes duration from the limit break options... so i guess in that regard it scales faster?

The King Bible has a maximum revolution radius that can be obtained by size (can't go offscreen), after that it's the bibles themselves that are increased/decreased in size thanks to Boogaloo of Illusions. However, a circle of bibles are part of a single projectile so the books themselves don't increase in size while circling. At 23:02 you got several limit levels on KB, presumably while BoI was at a near-max size, then the smaller KBs expired at 23:11 which only left the large ones to create that effect.

My go-to as a relative noob is Bible + Garlic. The knockback from the garlic pushes enemies back into range of the bible. Basically playing on easy mode, especially with Blood Astronomia thrown in. If it wasn't obvious, Poe is my favorite character so far, lol

King Bible was already decent. I made use of it in the 1 weapon boss rash run I had to do for a secret character.

It is a weak weapon and all the players of this game recognize it, at the beginning it does a lot of damage but several minutes pass and its damage is not enough to kill the bosses quickly. If it were not for this other weapon that enhances the character, this weapon would not do any damage. The garlic is better and more consistent throughout the game.

I believe the patterns are because either the newest or the oldest are drawn on top, and when the ones on top are at the max size via boogaloo of illusions they form one of those patterns

I try to keep the circle as small as possible to make it easier to get rid of mobs that do make it through the bibles. I have done runs with just it and the freeze clock with no problems, but I also never use that mad groove. Also once you merge the scanner you can get the option to pick the mini ghost again, if it shows. Ok he explains the reason for area, once it gets to its max diameter the bibles then get larger... And I guess with the scanner the area will go up anyway so pushing it early on to max is better.

So... Could someone explain why Dex went for increasing the rotation area? It would seem like that the smaller the circle the bibles have to rotate around, the less chance of enemies slipping through, and the greater number of bibles hitting an enemy in succession.

Correct. The only times I changed something I mentioned it. For weapons that rely on getting hit I deactivate the defang one as those enemies can't hit you. And rarely I reduce Curse on very weak early weapons but mention it. In 95% of the videos (if not more) all is used

Every time it goes off, it gives permanent stat boosts for the run, it can be any stat. It's from the Among Us DLC. It starts at a 15 second cooldown but with max CDR it goes off every 1.5 seconds. And yea it not only pays for itself (as in gives the lost might and cooldown back), but gives a ton of stats overall

For all the shit you talked about movement speed, it saved you so many times because of how much you got from the passive

There is a ginormous difference between "+50%" and "infinitely scaling". Let's just make a simple example. There is a singular enemy chasing you, if he touches you, you die. Every minute he gets 10% bonus movement speed, you both start at the same speed. After 1 minute, he will be faster and catch up rather quickly and its game over. Now you take Wings as solution. That just means you postponed him catching up by maybe 6-7 minutes (considering the distance won when you're faster), which is better but not enough for 30 minutes, by a long shot. Meaning the result doesn't differ if death means the video is over/deleted. To take it back to reality: The natural increase in movement speed is scaling Curse, and the one shot turns into "Takes a couple of seconds, at best maybe 10, and you are dead". Wings has only insanely niche cases where it would be good to be taken over another passive that actually benefits your weapon, e.g. where you just need to survive for x amount of time, aren't surrounded (doesn't help to be faster if everything is covered by enemies) and no other passive would lead to you killing all enemies or dealing with them at least.
