I've been following you for a long time, but have always avoided the circuit classes because I just didn't think I could do it. For some reason I did this one today and I finished it!! I only had to put one hand on the bar for the standing lunge. Your encouragement is what got me through it and you are right I do feel amazing. Thanks so much!!

these are great. After putting on 20 pounds after a hysterectomy, I don't fit into any of my old workout clothes, so I've been finding ways to work out at home instead of the gym. I'm having trouble making the workouts hard enough, but as I do more of these videos, I'm finding the nuances. I also replaced all my springs with the red ones, so that helped. Thanks! Also menopause sucks.

Thanks again for the workout! It’s gotten easier except the balancing standing on the reformer part. I have the white Balanced body reformer and where you have us place our feet is quite narrow.😬😁 Oh well I still did it the best I could.👍😊 Thanks again Dez!😊
