It probably isn't sold. If you look up any areas crime rate any if these Colorado houses are in they probably don't want to live there. After the legalization of pot EVERYONE who was a native started to leave because of how horrible drugs, and crime got....i live in one of the top nicest places to live in Colorado. You have to have a REALLY good job to live here. I pay over $1,500 for a 1bd 1bt apartment over a garage. It's pathetic how bad the drugs are alone... and this property i guarantee it's WELL over a half a million. You can't even live in Pueblo if you're poor anymore, it's pathetic.

Love the location, love the wildlife, love the exterior of the main residence........ Just please tell me all the furnishings are not included with the asking price and that they will be gone before viewing.
