I am just in awe of her greatness and courage not just as a singer but also as a person. How much hardship she endured and still enduring and how she is making peace with them.

Your interpretation is pretty close. All the people in the MV are voices in her head. Some that she listens to, some that she doesn't, some that pick on her, etc. At the end of the MV, they all return to TY house, meaning she learned to accept all of herself. The lyrics and the MV pretty much describe Taeyeon herself. She thinks a lot, she's a perfectionist, she's her biggest critic, sometimes she just puts too much pressure on herself, but that's all a part of who she is.

I like your take! How would you interprete the bear and is there a connection with Heaven? I know it's the same director as Heaven.

@ The bear, Gomven, was probably added on a whim 😅 since, according to Taeyeon, they still had its fur in storage so might as well 🤣 anyways, as for how it’s portrayed in the MV, I think it’s like the voice of reason keeping the others in check. I don’t think it’s linked to Heaven

The bear represents her courage to face herself and come to terms with all the voices in her head and accepting that they're a part of herself.

All the characters appearing in the music video are actually Taeyeon herself. The numerous characters in the video represent countless facets of her personality, even ones she might not be aware of. It can be interpreted as Taeyeon tormenting herself, throwing things at herself, and mocking herself, only to realize in the end that those people were all versions of herself. Despite being filled with self-hatred and not loving herself, she is now fixing the “bus” (a metaphor for her own heart). In the final scene, she smiles and takes a picture with all the characters, symbolizing that she has come to love herself as she is and learned how to console her inner self.🥹💜💜

I vaguely guessed, but you did a great job of laying everything out on the shelves and explaining to me the unclear moments from her video. P.S. It's nice to talk in absentia with a person who is similar to me in theories of Taeyeon's videos.
