Thank you for your reaction. Taeyeon is my favorite female vocalist. I dropped that 'In K- pop' away long ago. Because she's just so insanely good in every aspect of singing and performing. Her attitude towards music. Her versatility. Maybe you have noticed that her songs are always chosen so that they can be performed with a live band, with real instruments. Respect, really.

Same for me. I first discovered k-pop with SNSD's debut "into the new world" and while I loved that song from the first seconds, it was Tayeon's voice there at the end of that song that grabbed my attention and tbh it hasn't let go even after almost 17 years. I've stanned and unstanned so many idols and groups since then but Taeyeon has always been a constant, she transcended k-pop in my eyes the moment her solo music resonated with me in a very unique way. We have such different lives with her yet her songs are so relatable for me, plus she's a fan of music first and foremost and that's what keeps me glued to her releases and her as a person. I just hope for a world tour one day or I guess I'm gonna have to go to Korea one day just to see her.
