I literally looked for this recipe with Chef's name, (I watch every single video) the video showed up, I decided to make it exactly the way Chef made here all measurements taken carefully. Watched the video while cooking all the time, repeated many times, gave attention to minute details I listened to Chef saying it is a about 'the balance'. I wanted it to turn out a bit spicy so yes, Laal Mirch thok ke daal di and yes paseene paseene ho gaye.. But the fact is, this was one of the best Chicken Curry I have ever tasted in life. Period! I just couldn't stop myself from commenting because there are no words for some things in life but they need to be appreciated. Thank you so much Chef Ranveer! 🙏
