DHB is awesome. Like a supercharged primo. I found it to build more muscle mg per mg compared to primo while at the same time being less androgenic

@@NicholasDowney I get bad post injection pain if I ever inject more than 30mg at once. (100mg/ml solution) Daily micro administrations are key with dhb. Also seemed to make me sweat a lot more, but other than that I tolerated it pretty well

@@thisis5123 Unfortunately not while I was running it. Im just going by how I was feeling as I’m familiar with how low/high estrogen feels. I ran it with testosterone Cypionate at a 1:2 ratio. For me that was 210 dhb and about 400 testosterone. If you look online there’s more anecdotes of it lowering e2 and bloodwork to back it up.

@@NicholasDowney Can you compare DHB to EQ? Does either one convert to DHT or just DHB (DHB itself converts to ?) Hairloss issues on either EQ or DHB? If either one doesn't convert to DHT, then I'm not sure how hairloss is possible? EQ creates thicker blood with use at higher doses. Happen to know what sort of doses?

Re DHB. It seems to increase BP directly. Plus a general feeling of ill health. Discontinued after a week or two. Not worth it

Maybe it was brewed poorly or the pip caused some systemic inflammation. Also keep in mind dhb can reduce estrogen levels similar to how primo does so that might be why you were feeling ill.

@@NicholasDowneyit would be nice to do a comparison with other anabolic agents. Going off memory, nandrolone also seems like it has relative high mr affinity compared to other steroids. I didn’t look at comparison to dhb though. Anecdotally nandrolone doesn’t produce a strong effect in me personally. Not that I noticed anyways. I’ve only observed the effect personally with Ment where my weight increased more drastically and in such a way that resulted in more than just muscle fullness weight. Nandrolone is actually dry in my experience when you control for e2 levels. Nandrolone works opposite to things like primobolan in that nandrolone makes aromatizeable compounds aromatize more effectively. Eg 100mg testosterone might result in an e2 of 40pg/ml. Adding nandrolone at any dose above 100mg might double this e2 level. It’s very common and I see this often in a controlled way in blood work with lc/ms testing where cross reactivity aren’t relevant factors.

@@thisis5123 yeop. Hence very very careful with aromatisable compounds in combo with Nandro. Hence Nandro Only = zero estrogenic or prolactin issues, but add in dianabol or test and you're asking for it. Nandro Only really seems the way to go. If I'd add test to that, I'd literally start with 20mg/week vs 400-800mg Nandro+ per week. Max 80-100mg test, but some people already run into trouble there... Of course you can go the 2/1 ratio route, even 1/1 can be OK without ED issues. But you'll get all the other associated sides of high test and e2, which is imo not worth it.

You should try warming that thing up with hot hot water.. let the bottle sit in the hot water for a few mins

@@MyBigfudge By the way, attempting to find some real advice on what to use & NOT to use based on anabolics safe for hairloss? I've heard from several sources, Nandrolones are safest for hair. DHT based anabolics are NOT safe. Although, Anavar seems to be the safest of them all. EQ creates the most red blood cells of any anabolic out there i think? Thus, the effect is thicker blood. The user doesn't want a heart pumpin' thick blood, will lead to a heart that grows, not good. Please advise if you can? References on Utube or books, thank you.

I loved dhb with 200 test a week. It did raise my liver levels quite a bit though alt was 160 2 months after my last shot. No orals on the cycle

Also the effects of insulin and/or hgh on prostate growth/inflammation? Steroids and cycles considered generally prostate safe etc pp. I'm surprised this isn't talked about more, since most all men should practice active Prevention against this and ESPECIALLY on steroids, especially especially dht derivatives and/or estrogenic compounds like dianabol. As far as I know the two things the prostate REALLY doesn't like is e2 and dht... But á growth promoting combo like insulin + hgh, how are the risk factors there? We're looking at prostatitis, bph and worse.

I should definitely make a video on this. I wanted to make a video with my uncle who is a urosurgeon and draw from his experience. But if I can't I'll just look over the literature myself. What is interesting though is that he works on harley street in london and treats celebrities (he wont give names) but mentioned that the prevalence of BPH in these young football players is much higher than that of the general population. Also noted a higher incidence of kidney stones in young professional athletes.

@@NicholasDowney hm very interesting... Honestly, prostate health isn't addressed nearly enough in the world of PEDS. It's probably fair to say that steroids significantly speed up prostate growth and can likely also cause prostatitis. So preventative strategies and cures are very very important for PED users. EG estradiol and dht are two things the prostate REALLY doesn't like

@@NicholasDowney THE REALLY interesting thing about Nandrolone Only is that it does NOT convert to dht, but to dhn. Which is in effect a SARM since it blocks the androgen receptors in for example the prostate, while not displaying significant androgenic activity in and of itself. Testosterone production will be shut down by Nandrolone use, net result = ZERO dht. In addition, Nandrolone does convert to estradiol but at a very low rate, so you're also minus the other aggravating factor for the prostate. On paper, Nandrolone only (without exogenous testosterone) is truly prostate protective, also very anabolic , so what's not to like? 😁

DHB was great minus the sweating and acid reflux. I had a full thick head of hair afterward which gave me false sense of confidence. Then I tried testE/TrenE/primoE 350/150/300. My entire scalp was visible at week 10 lol. Itchy scalp the whole way through and hairs falling out every day. No other cycle has caused any significant loss for me (except short term from pre-workout orals).

@@MrDeanmfitz it’s been 16wks since last DHB shot, 8 since Tren, and 4 since test/primo. The itchiness and shedding stopped but I haven’t had time to grow back yet. I later realized that exemestane may have contributed to the hair loss. I’ve tried multiple sources of exemestane and both times I got itchy head followed by shedding. This never happens with Arimidex. It’s hard to tell with all the polypharmacy though.
