I am finding it impossible to insert the tips correctly. In two weeks I have only managed to obtain a hermetically-sealed reading in my right ear and this varies according to the position of my head. If I look downwards everything is apparently fine, but if I look straight ahead the reading changes. I have tried all sizes of the tips included in the box and also the third party Comply tips. I also have a pair of Soundcore Life P3s and there is a perfect seal regardless of my head position!! Would it be better to try silicone tips instead??

Great video guys, and loved the rap! One thing I am disappointed by is how little ambient does when music is playing over BT. I still can't hear what someone is saying (or traffic) because the music drowns it out. If I turn the music off I can then here that ambient is actually working. What would be great is if it they detected that the are ambient sounds, and dipped the music accordingly. Cleverly mixing both sources would be the ideal.

I absolutely love mine! I love how it switches from noise cancellation to Ambient noise when I start talking and returns to music after 5 seconds or however long you want it to return to Noise Cancelling/ Music. The sound is up there with my over the head Sony XB-900 and that's saying a lot cause those batboys put out some serious Bass!

I've heard ( and read ) that the lid of the charging case of the wf-1000xm4 has a certain amount of "horizontal play" in it. That is, the lid, when in open or closed position, can be moved a millimeter or two ( intentionally or unintentionally ). What's your experience with this ? Is it characteristic of used/old cases or even brand new ones ? How "difficult" is it to break the lid off its hinges ( with more or less normal use )m

Guys your videos are super duper good. Way better than an average channel that has ~30k subs. But your thumbnails don't say the same thing. I think it's time for you guys to improve your branding into something that fits your production quality. Thumbnails can be waaay better and your videos lack any kind of brand connection. High production quality but I can't differentiate yours from other nicely produced videos. I don't find any personality. People judge a book by it's cover even though they say they don't.

Is there any way to boost the volume? I know that ear tip fit is important and I am trying some different tips, but I am wondering if there is any hidden volume limiter.

Unfortunately, most manufacturers of BT headphones/earphones and digital audio players are forced or voluntarily limit the volume output. The only way around this is to import from some countries such as Japan that do not have such restriction or use a dongle dac/amp or a small BT DAC/AMP with wired earphones which have become incredibly cheap with great sound quality.

This is my third week using them and I will definitely return them. The eartips are horrible, the larger ones (my size) fall apart the first week. Maybe I’m spoiled but that’s not a good thing for a $290 earbuds. I’m sad 😞, I really want a good earbuds with Noise Canceling because I have problems getting things done when there’s a lot of sound around me. I need help and a recommendation. Thanks!

I went for the Harman curve eq and they sound so much better and not as bright and front feeling as other popular equalizer settings. Try it and compare! 0, 4, 6, 0, 0 clear bass - 1/0
