She should not have been allowed to appear in the UPSC exam during her father’s tenure. Thus is highly questionable. This is why poor students otherwise qualified for UPSC are denied the opportunity, especially honest, intelligent students from Tamilnadu.

The guest says that for some reason TN students are not able to achieve success. The reason is, only in TN exams are conducted in a disciplined manner or as required under the rules. In north it is being conducted in a way that should not be done. Mass Copying, change of answer sheets, influencing the people correcting the paper, proxy people writing the exam, purchasing question paper and selling for profit, supplying answer through the windows, threatening invigilators etc are happening effortlessly and they secure more marks. That is the open secret.
