Please sir, make a podcast focusing on underweight persons and their health issues. Nowadays, many teenagers are underweight for their gut issues, digestive problems, liver problems, allergies, and genetics. Like for this recommendation. 👍🏼

My grandpaa hv had diabetes for a very long time and earlier he used to taked insuline weigh the food every time he eats and all but then he too sm ayurvedic drnk and then met a doctor who adjusted his meds nd now he is off insuline fr yrs only take meds and eat sweets fruits everything without second thought nd is in gud shape diabetes wise nd he's 90+

Dr. Ji, I make 100% homemade oats cookies for my 6 year old. It not only satisfies his cravings but also he takes great pride and joy to have the home made. I also involve him in the making and baking process of it to make it more satisfying for him.

Unpolished/Red rice boiled rice(Usna/Ukda tandul as called in Maharashtra) is always good. Further wash up rice 2-3 times and soak the rice for a few hours(preferably overnight) and wash it and cook. Once done drain the water and then eat this rice. This is the healthiest way of cooking and eating rice. The question is - How many of us cook rice this way?!!!🙏😊 People who are suffering from diabetes are advised to avoid rice and eat wheat(roti). I think this is absolutely wrong as wheat has gluten factor which is further worse than having rice.

Na bhai.. Parents se jyada teachers ka baat maante hai bache kyunki group mein sikhaya jaata hai.. Discussion hoti hai.. Ghar mein sirf parents bacho ke beech baat reh jaati hai.. Lekin jab ghar se baahar baat aati hai to sabko message milta hai and phir sab ek dusro ko madad karenge aur phir logo ke beech discussion hogi.. Isliye school se acha koi nhi jaha pe ye sab baatein sikhayi jaaye.

ghar pe nikala hua fruit ka juice q nai peena chaiye?? I agree that fibres are thrown away in fruit juices but sugar present in fruits is natural and far better than refined sugar...

Sugar is sugar. Your body cannot differentiate between glucose from fruits or granulated sugar. Infact granulated sugar is made from a fruit itself(SUGARCANE) The only benefit is that fruit is whole and has micronutrients and fibre in it. So it’s advisable to consume whole fruit instead of juicing it because of two things: 1. It helps with meeting daily fibre needs. 2. The fibre in the fruit allows slower absorption of glucose, hence providing a slower and sustained rise in blood sugar & insulin as compared to fruit juice which gets assimilated very quickly and causes sharp sugar & insulin spike which is not good at all.

We have seen many seniors living for 90+ years having rice, bread,biscuits, fruit juice, ragi malt.. But the secret is in the quantity.. Two bread pieces small bowl of rice, reasonable veggies, four parle-g with tea.. Offcourse little sugar and refined flour occasionally or chappati, upma Or poha..
