All the knowledge in one video 1. Sequence how you eat. Start with veggies, protein and then carbs. 2. Eat less carbs (rice,chapati) and more veggies and protein 3. Do weight lifting and not only 30 mins walk and go heavier on weight lifting. 4. You don't stop exercise at 40/50, do more in those ages that will make you strong till 80. 5. Fasting is not eating at all, only water for a day. 6. Less processed food.

Eating raw fruit with much time with chewing. As a bengali boy from West Bengal 12 mahina m 13 festival, so very hard to control in sweets. To make it simple: Carbohydrates are used as fuel (energy source) to move. If you ate carbs and dont move, body stores it. The more concentrated carbs (starch or sugar or fruits) u eat, the more energy supply, the more the fat storage, tired liver and pancreas, leads to diabetes. If you eat carbs, and not use, you will soon have pot belly, high cholesterol, blood pressure, diabetes, stroke or heart attack. If you want to eat carbs, move (walk until you burn them). If you dont want to move (walk), avoid all starchy or sugary carbs. Also remember, no amount of exercise can out burn surplus calories you have eaten. 100 calories can fuel you for 3000 steps or 2km run. Another layer to this is combining carbs with oily fats like samosa/ bajji. Or protein with oil, fried meat etc. Dangerous mix even if you eat one or two, because body stores fats as is when combined with carbs. This is what BIOCHEMISTRY says. Hope this helps.

@@bhumikvats587 "you cant out train a bad diet" basically
@Success.Science11 күн бұрын
@bhumikvats587 that means there is a common myth people have that they can over eat and burn the excess food through exercise. You cannot out work bad diet or excess eating. Like if you have eaten samosas and biryanis by exceeding your daily calorie intake, it's like you have smoked and no exercise can fix it. Biryani has 1000+ calories, and one should run 20kms to burn that, which is impossible. One must eat only what the body needs, I. E. Maintenance calories. PS: Exercise is important and everyone must exercise daily. I have several videos in my channel on this.
@AnmolMishra9464 күн бұрын
Your body does not store carbs, protein or fats as fat, it only stores excess calories as fat. Stop spreading misinformation. You cannot burn 400g carbs no matter what you do. And most influential good physique peeps take higher amount than that in their diet.

**I see misunderstandings in the comments.** People are thinking that this video’s message is: 1. We shouldn’t eat roti. 2. People are debating that 1 roti = 4 teaspoons of sugar. But NO, you're heavily mistaken!! 1. The video never said that you shouldn’t eat roti or that roti is harmful. It says that you should consider reducing roti intake and replacing it with foods that have fewer carbohydrates and more protein. For example, if you're eating 8 rotis at a time and you find that you are heading toward diabetes, it’s recommended to reduce your roti (and other carbohydrate) intake. You might eat 4 rotis instead of 8, but it’s not suggesting you should avoid roti entirely. 2. When she said that 1 roti = 4 teaspoons of sugar, she was making a comparison based solely on carbohydrate content. 1 teaspoon of sugar contains around 5g of carbohydrates. 1 roti contains about 20g of carbohydrates, which is roughly equivalent to 4 teaspoons of sugar in terms of carbohydrate content. So, in terms of carbohydrates, **1 roti has roughly the same amount of carbs as 4 teaspoons of sugar.** - **Roti** contains **complex carbohydrates** (from whole wheat flour). These are long chains of sugar molecules that take longer to break down and digest, leading to a gradual increase in blood sugar over time. - **Sugar**, on the other hand, contains **simple carbohydrates**, which are absorbed quickly by the body, leading to a rapid spike in blood sugar levels. - If you consume **4 teaspoons of sugar** and **1 roti**, the sugar will cause a **quick spike in blood sugar** within about 15 minutes. This could result in symptoms like fatigue, headaches, blurred vision, and increased thirst and urination, especially in someone with diabetes. - **Roti**, however, will cause **slower, more gradual increases** in blood sugar over the course of around 2 hours. While you may not feel the effects immediately, the gradual rise in blood sugar can still be significant, especially if you consume large portions. - Most people don’t eat just **1 roti** at a time. For example, consuming **7-8 rotis** at once could result in an intake equivalent to about **140 g of carbohydrates**, which could be roughly comparable to consuming about **30 teaspoons of sugar**. This can lead to a **large, sustained increase** in blood sugar levels, which can be harmful, especially for those with diabetes. In conclusion, the message isn’t about completely avoiding roti or rice, but about **moderation**. It's not advisable to eat them in excessive amounts, like 8 or 10 rotis at a time. Instead, you can focus on a more balanced diet with balanced carbohydrates and **adequate protein**.
