Diablo Immortal PVP - Which GRIM SCYTHE build is stronger: Buff, Fear or Bleed?

After days of testing, here's my personal verdict:
Ranked from Strongest to Weakest:
1) BUFF (Hissing Skin) - The buff synegizes well with the debuff granted by Gatefysk Helm. The bonus skill cooldown from Hissing Skin essence is awesome too.
2) FEAR (Proximal Fear) - Finally Chip is useful again! While this build lacks damage, it compensates with more control. However, many classes have immunity in the current meta and our "friendly neighbourhood purple ghost" is somewhat a hit & miss.
3) BLEED (Hemorrhaging Shadow) - The Bleed damage is on the low side. Use this build if you're going ALL-IN on DOTs and need more DOT effects.
