(1) Slow down with your essences. (2) You missed the head essence. (3) I don't have have that first offhand essence. What do you recommend?

Just pause the video or slow it down. I said the head essence in the video, Unyielding Vision. If you don't have Hurricane Hitch, use Sip of the Breath for a while. Using wind edge essences will make it useless since you are surfing most of the time.

I can't give you a proper benchmark right now because the dummy is bugged out. It doesn't show the correct DPS. The gems you have are perfect for PvP even if it's not a summon build. That is what I'm talking about in the video about the DoT meta. Just additional information for the summons, you can only have a maximum of 3 Zephyrs at a time.

Sacrifice the breaker if you have 4/4 shield magic attribute of flowing strike and exchange it to VORTEX skill. Way more better than this build which i already tried. Main tempest here

I’ve just spent literally over 200 hours into the surf pew pew testing the best and most optimal way to output dmg and high move speed with lots of bleed for tap n’ go drive by’s on idol. I been posting it on other KZbin’s comments trying to get it out and instead of a thumbs up I just see vids of them “discovering” it. I’m tripping tho the build is for everybody I apologize lol smoked a lil weed I’m all good about it. If you do enjoy it (I know I do) here is my version we’ll call it I been using for like 3 months or so on eternal crown server! Skills: **in order of activation* 1. Surf 2. Crosswinds 3. Cascade 4. Flow strike (to conjure zefs that will copy all skills above) ………….. Essences: Helmet - Dream And Drown Chesticles - Fade To Bronze Shoulders - Safe Borders (if your resistance is at or above 4500 use the essence United Defiance which adds an extra Zef on flow strike use, increasing your dmg by about 15-20%) Pants - Seafarers Trows (If you have high dmg already you can use Howling Anchor essence for an extra source of Bleed DoT) Main 1 - Skein Parter (each of the 8 blades does count towards 4piece Grace proc when it hits enemy players) Main 2 - Shriekworth (shoots 4 wind blades extra on crit hits spreading bleeds to nearby on idol) Off 1 - Maroozhi Spine (adds 28% dmg to zefs) Off 2 - Hurricane Hitch …………. Green sets: - 4pc Grace **note:** 4 grace pops at every 5 hits as we all know it’s great for bleeds and stops bandaging. This build works at its peak when paired with 2x or at least 1 extra water blade from eternal gear. If you add up the blades it equals 5 total per tap use of primary. Meaning, Everytime I tap primary once on my target, Grace Will pop for 15k extra) - 2 vithu (extends Zef duration btw) - Feasting barons (adds 30% duration to your bleeds) You can also use 2 shal-baas Or 2 banquet Or 2 gloom in case you don’t have any of the above **note:** Anything that buffs your primary and or summons will apply to your zefs as they are considered both …………………. Paragon Skill Tree: Harbinger - 1. Blur (invisible 5 secs) 2. Ambush (adds 30% dmg) 3. Honed Steel (adds 20% crit chance) 4. Shackled (most important one, disables use of dash skills on enemy players for 3 secs while slowing them 50% as well 3 secs. This is brutal for DH swing, Necro Wraith and is tempests preventing us from shielding, ensuring the kill more times than not) 5. Fate (if you do kill a player within 5 seconds of all this activating after Blur ends, it resets 30sec cool and can be used again immediately, this gets me 8-12 kill streaks a lot. Best tree for Tempest in general) Gladiator cool is 3mi. = one save per match so it’s useless Phoenix Gem cool is also 180sec so same thing Trust me. Harb Tree. Tactics: You wanna let your zefs become traps as you surf all over both idols just drop em while you blast em 2 secs and surf away to other idol which allows for easy control of both and control of the grounds in general. ……. Gems that pair well with this build which does work best as a bleeds build but can be used effectively for burst dmg too. You choose! -Mothers Lament (2 star, required) -Roiling consequence (5 star, suggested) -Misery elixir (1 star, Suggested if using feasting 2pc green set BUT Required if not using feasting set. Try both for 50% longer bleeds on enemy) -BSJ (5 star, for speed mainly, highly suggested) -Pain Clasp (2 star, suggested) - Everlasting Torment (Bleed on crits, Required, use howling anchor essence to replace this if you don’t have it until you craft it which costs 20 fragments) -Wulf New Gem (5 star, marks em, highly suggested) - Seeping Bile (5star bleed, suggested) - Vipers Bite (2 star, Required and suggested to pair with bile together) -Power & Command (The most required Gem of all, see below) **Note:** P&Command Gem is a 2 star craftabke for 80 frags that is a must use for all Tempests regardless of what build you are running. Why? Because it’s 100% up time for our Zefs. What does this mean? It means that regardless of what it is on whether it’s on Power (24% dmg buff on Primary) or on Command (24% dmg on Skills) our zefs receive it nonstop since they are considered a skill and only use primary. Buffing them 24% for 100% of their duration time! Hope this helps any low level F2P Temps slay em in BGs! Killswitch- again I apologize for being an ass but as you can see above I have dedicate a good part of my life (4months) into this build and even tho we don’t own any builds as far as KZbin content creators go, this is my baby man. Just change the helm to Dream & Drown and use Cascade. You can also give up either Breaker or Squal, the same as in this video.
