Excellent video. I was having the same issue with basically the same model of dishwasher, except not only were the buttons not working right, but after a wash cycle, the control panel would beep every 2-3 seconds. This was after we opened the washer, pressed cancel, and anything else, the beeping wouldn't stop until it would randomly stop for a few mins, hours, or even days, and then randomly start beeping again. The only way to stop the beeping was to do the control lock, but then sometimes we couldn't get it out of control lock. I will say the replacement part that I received was new and it included to longer screws. The two longer screws were meant to replace the two shorter screws up in the top right and left corner. The newer control panel is not in the same form factor as the older version. It all fits together, but it looks from the inside or part you wouldn't see different and the two top corners need longer screws to screw from the inside panel into the new style control panel.

So we watched the video and removed the panel. A rubber strip from along the top popped out at that time. Any advice on how/where to place it?

Good video, I have similar issues, however, my keypad does work but only for one wash at a time. Each time the wash ends I have to remove front panel, disconnect the wire from keypad and plug back in. It's the only way to get keypad to work. I've tried another circuit board for the key pad and that too behaves the same. Could it be the actual control board?? Parts are expensive and right now lots n lots of sales on brand new units. Not sure what to do. Any help is great. Thanks

Thank you. It's probably indeed the control board. Used parts are cheaper and it's what I got and it still runs great. But if new machines are on sale, it's not a bad idea either.

Control panel. You should buy it by its name though. There are many with the same name. The part number should match in order to work,

I just think the way you press the button is a little bit weird. It doesn’t look like you are press, instead you swipe down.
