Great list I agree with most of these but I as a level 10/celestial I-No definitely think this new Ram is one of the worst matchups in the game right now. I also think Anji is even not advantage but that’s because I suck at safe jumping so he blows me up every time I towards him. Haha

Now this is the most effective and how a tier list should be made. Feature one character and a who they do well against, instead of blanket rating. For instance some say Axel is low tier (whatever) yet he’s a nightmare for my Zato with his slow start ups.

Axl main checking in. I have so much trouble with I-No, it just feels like her approaches come as such strange angles to beat all my AA options. Might have something to do with me being a C tier player, though.

I will agree from the ky player side that the match up is close to even. there are a lot of little annoyances for ky in the match up by the same is true for i-no. neutral I feel 6H is your friend but also it is a bigger commitment button so it's not the most comfortable normal to rely on. also if it doesn't CH you don't get a lot where if ino is right she's in and that's scary. if it counter hits you get a lot and if you're near the corner you get a lot so it's not particularly skewed. it's kind of definitionally a pretty even match up. I don't like it it feels unstable and I genuinely would counter pick i-no in tournament(I have a pocket sol so might as well) not because the match up is bad I don't counter pick match ups that are worse for ky just because they're stable and that stability is more comfortable for me as a ky player. Axl is a worse match up for ky but it is a comfortable match up because it lets you play a less high commitment game. I also have some very strong axl practice partners so I'm way more comfortable in the match up.

I think a point you missed on why vs Pot could be even is that Garuda shuts down H stroke. You can do H stroke to low profile under a flicked note, but Garuda will catch you and put you in CH stagger. Then he can HFB up to you and pot buster you. I think the matchup is very even though as Ino can really mixup Pot and lock him down, but Pot has very specific answers to pretty much all of her tools, and can kill her in like two interactions and she has low health.

Goldlewis main here. Every single I-No bullies me non-stop no matter what I do and no amount of patience and perception saves me from that high/low hover mix. I 5K to snuff out round start 2S, take the note with fS to 6P the hover, grab the H stroke but FD now makes BT pressuring without meter extremely unreliable, thus resetting the neutral after a couple of them. And when this happens it's back into I-No's hands. Send help.
