I hv this problem in chronic condition for 5 years. Use green vegetable and simple water, more bananas and peach. Use adrak wala kahwa. In case of emergency take cipfloxin and flagyl drips. And more important is try to remove your stress or u will never tackle, try to identify which problems cause you that stress, leave that thinking. Try for homeopathy medicine too..

Respected Sir, i want to ask one important thing: how many times it should be used. you discussed the same thing which i'm suffering. I took antibiotics for typhoid and since then i'm suffering from Diarrhea for last 5 years Doctors are treating my IBS but there is no cure and my health has become worse. as per your definition im not an iBS patient because i never suffer stomach pain not periodically or constantly. this is why i'm happy on it.
