Dicta license is the pinoy band i can compare to ratm in terms of the style(raging) and socio-political lyrics. With our countries situation now i really wish pinoy bands would do something like ratm. 😭 Unite the people and wake their blind eyes thru music. 😭

When I first saw dicta license at UP I was amazed by the lead vocalist. His voice and looks was exactly the same as Zack. Unfortunately band separated and form another band named Malay. One of the greatest Rap Metal Band here in Philippines!

This is surprisingly good, save for the fact that you can barely hear the lead singer - I like this better than Limp Bizkit version. In fact, lead singer almost sounds like a carbon copy of Zack - not an easy feat to achieve (just ask Chris Cornell).

I dont care what other people say. He just lacks all the fancy effects that Tom has and he compensated by making up a killer solo! Dang! Drums and bass were freakin killing it and the lead singer almost replicates Rage! Only beef is that during the second breakdown you couldn't hear the bass players vocal. That was EPIC!
