Programmer with some AI knowledge here. Bots will have errors in logic ("I think it hurts my gums and teeth", weird topic jumping, the zoo review) and people will have grammatical errors or overall clumsy language. If it's completely crazy and incomprehensible it could be either lol.

I knew the Greatest Showman one was a bot because while it did talk about a specific scene. It talked about a scene that isn't in the movie. None of those actors are part of This Is Me. Rebecca Ferguson sings Never Enough and nothing else. Zac Efron and Zendaya sing Rewrite the Stars, but they're not in This Is Me. It's led by Keala Settle and sung by the other circus performers

Well, although Keala sang it for the most part, Zendaya and Efron actually are in that scene, but only near the ending of the song. Zendaya is seen and focused on while singing with the performers and stares directly at Efron while singing the chorus with them all. They may not be the focus of that song in particular, but they're still there.
