I saw a documentary around 2006 that did the same confirmation with dna and dental records. Their conclusion was different. They claim that although he could've committed suicide, they don't rule out that he alternatively was sent to the ussr and tortured and imprisoned until he died or was executed. It was very interesting documentary.

While he could have very well escaped to Argentina as the charred remains found at the bunker that were assumed to be Hitler's was DNA test confirmed to be female, I think it's way highly more likely that his confidantes and/or fanatical admirers took his body & buried it in an unknown location or took it with them. Everyone back then & present day know what humiliating things the Italians did to Benito Mussolini's body so I'm highly sure that his close confidantes and/or fanatical admirers didn't want Hitler's body treated the same way so they made it disappear.
