the fact he's doing stuff for the biden campaign is an embarassment too though. as a very left-wing person, obviously trump creates just as much chaos, but anyone still trying to justify the sham that is the US election, while they're helping commit a genocide, is complicit. i know people might try to think that's an overreaction, but genuinely think about it critically. also, lol at biden's team being against "political violence", when the US has taken part and still takes part in more political violence than any other country in the world. it only matters when it's US politicians though - literally a supremacist viewpoint that biden's team has. they are genuinely taking part in propaganda for a campaign that is responsible for the lowest estimate being nearly 10% of the gaza population killed. that's not counting the total destruction of land, the permanently disabled, the mental heatlh/trauma and the fact it's still not over and there could be way more killed. this is all under biden, it is a bi-partisan policy. they are pretending they care to end it, but in actions, give them weapons and vote against any genuine UN resolution/threaten sanctions on the ICJ for following below bare minimum of international law. trump is evil too, but biden's team is more competent in a dangerous way for anyone that lives outside of the US. trump tried to coup 2 latin american countries and failed cause his team is such a mess. he creates a lot of enemies, which makes it harder for them to successfully force allies like the EU on being complicit in war crimes cause they despise him that much. both are the same to anyone outside the US, just different PR strategies. there's an article i read that analysed biden and that far-right dutch politician on the similarity of their policies - biden had a LOT in common with the far-right in western europe regarding policies. that's why it's just all PR. people need to stop even trying to get anywhere with US "democracy", which has proven that the public has no influence on policies. jack black is defending someone who is a war criminal and trying to improve his image. we're just numb to the fact that's the case when it's western leaders, but it's true. artists who do propaganda for these kind of politicians are complete sell-outs, which includes jack black.

It's the insurance for the venues. The insurance company basically dictates how much security the venue needs given the nature of the event. Big controversy means more chances for something bad to happen, which means more chances for the insurance company to lose money. So, they tell the venue that they need to up security (like, a lot) and the venue can't afford to do it. Everyone who I watch that has put on tours in the past said essentially the same thing Limmy did here.

I can see that Jack Black has a lot of potential income to lose, but also that if he did lose that income he'd be perfectly fine, he's got the money and wealth to never have to work a day in his life ever again if he wanted, and still have multiple millions to leave to his kids... While if Kyle lost the Tenacious D gigs, he'd be kinda fucked, so I'd honestly say, Kyle has more to lose. Cause if kyle lost his TD income from this, he'd have to find something else to do, he couldn't just retire, unless he wanted to lower his quality of living substantially. Either way I find it near impossible to sympathise with rich people anyway, they live COMPLETELY different lives from normal folk, I care more about cashiers or janitors who get fired for having public opinions online, just like Kyles, than I do for either of them really, cause if you're working those jobs you NEED the money, while both JB and KG only WANT the money.
