And you could tell he was very genuine about the whole thing. And you could tell he very much loved his father. And everyone get mad at their parents. She didn’t even give a example of something he’s done. And the family saying he was stealing money is fucked. Where is the proof in that. She’s just mad she couldn’t stay out of jail. He was so mad at getting accused he brought up her wrongs. And he was completely right. She had nothing to say. Idk why Steve said not to. Did Steve really get on Gregory's case for calling his sister out on her landing in jail? He had a right to call her out on that shit. Taking care of an adult should never be up to a child or teen in the first place but he was put in a very difficult position considering he was the only one around because his sister made stupid choices and had to deal with the consequences. He has every right to be angry and/or upset with his sister because she should have known better, she was being selfish, only thinking about herself. Sounds like the father choked on a piece of popcorn to me. Listening to what the brother said at the beginning, he was telling the truth, too much detail for it not to be, then the sister's boyfriend comes out and says things like "You lying, you know you got a guilty conscience" was just despicable. At the end where the boyfreind 'hugs' the brother and the look on boyfriend's face, like he was disappointed that he was wrong about him? The brother needs to walk away from the both of them.

This woman honestly has no idea what happens when the brain and body don’t get oxygen. Her story is far fetched. It’s tragic when someone passes and loved ones often want someone to blame instead of accepting reality. Guilt is an amazingly twisted creature that raises it's ugly head and causes families to break apart at the time they need to be closest. Many times family that is not present can make the lives of others miserable all because they can't take the guilt of not being there.

Years ago, my uncle Glen called me wanting me to reconcile with my mom, his sister, i told him never again after all the physical abuse. 2 months later he kills himself at the age of 48. Completely my fault. 2 years ago, my cousin Jesse who was only 20, who i hadnt seen since we were kids died in a construction accident at his work. I reached out to his twin sister Julia, my other dear cousin, who only berated me. All my family who cared about me are dead and I'm only 26. Its all my fault. It's so scary for people to die around you because all loved ones want someone to blame. Sad.

I knew that kid was innocent, I could see it in his eyes. His eyes are sweet like my son’s eyes.

Him saying "you shouldn't have gone to jail!" is warranted! She repeated "I didn't get to say goodbye" as if it was his fault!" Hell no! It's as of she resents her brother for being around because she wasn't! Because, oh that's right, her ass was in jail! NOT his fault!

This one really hurts. I lost my father just over a month ago due to a massive heart attack, which caused restricted flow of blood and oxygen to his brain. By the tome he arrived at the hospital, his brain had gone too long without oxygen. They realized after hooking up to machines that would keep his heart pumping and his oxygen levels up, that he was already completely brain dead, and he never would have been able to heal.

Facts i would've hugged that dude for being put through the ringer by his sister and brother in law .At least he took care of their dad the best way he could i think that's what really matters

Why was a 16yr left to care for their father? As for Tina, if you were so concerned at the time why didn't you step up and care for your father? Nope instead you were in jail! Your brother didn't deprive you from your father, you did that on your own. You should be thankful that your brother was there!

God bless his heart. Ino that guilty feeling. A few weeks before my aunt passed away ( really close) we had a falling out, our first ever fall out and 2 weeks later she passed. So I no the guilt you feel. God bless you. Losing a parent is not easy. This episode hit me

The dad must have had a stroke, stressed out totally seeing that his precious daughter did wrong and ended up in jail. Maybe it was because of her , so maybe she should blame herself not her brother.

This poor man loses his dad at a time he needs him most. The selfish sister worries more about herself than her family, then wants to play the poor me card! Instead of letting him grieve and saying 'thank you'! for him being there. For the sister's husband..piss off. What right have you got? You should of checked your wife was staying out of jail!!! 16 year old kid!! Feeling guilty because he couldn't save dad. She needs to spend the rest of her life apologising and making amends to him.

I just hope people realize that according to peer reviewed research polygraph exams are no better than a coin flip at detecting a lie
