So he had to care for his father at the young age 16, WITNESS him transition into a coma, get ridiculed for not immediately visiting him, and then get blamed for killing him. I couldn’t imagine how difficult of a life that is . Thank you for always bringing out the truth, Steve. ❤️

Very true. Idk why you would ever blame your siblings for your parents death just bc you couldn’t keep your ass in jail. Smh it sickens me. And you could tell he was very genuine about the whole thing. And you could tell he very much loved his father. And everyone get mad at their parents. She didn’t even give a example of something he’s done. And the family saying he was stealing money is fucked. Where is the proof in that. She’s just mad she couldn’t stay out of jail. He was so mad at getting accused he brought up her wrongs. And he was completely right. She had nothing to say. Idk why Steve said not to. You can’t just instantly blame your brother bc you weren’t there to take care of your father. If she truly loved him she would stay out of trouble.

That boy have sacrifice so much for his dad. The worst part is they say that his story keep changing. Well if you have witnessed the moment of death of a loved one and keep on being ask to recalled the scene. I would change the story too, because it is that much painful to repeat the scene of your family suffering in your head. That sister should have been more aware of her action and the situation her ignorant ass got her in. Time wait for no one.

Be quite and be respectful. He had no right to say anything the whole show. Idk why tf he was even there in the first place. They are both monsters especially the sister. Imagine blaming your brother for your fathers death bc you could keep you ass out of jail. He was a teenager. He probably wanted to have fun but she couldn’t be responsible. “I didn’t EvEn GeT To SaY mY goOd ByEs 😢”. Ohhh Cry me a damn river, that’s your fault you didn’t get to say your goodbyes not your brothers. You knew the risk. Did Steve really get on Gregory's case for calling his sister out on her landing in jail? He had a right to call her out on that shit. Taking care of an adult should never be up to a child or teen in the first place but he was put in a very difficult position considering he was the only one around because his sister made stupid choices and had to deal with the consequences. He has every right to be angry and/or upset with his sister because she should have known better, she was being selfish, only thinking about herself. Is anyone really NOT supposed to get upset with a family member for something like that?

All those things are true but what does getting upset actually fix other than that feeling we get from being petty in the moment? Nothing. If anything it just invites irrelevant problems driving further away from a solution. That’s why even tho people think turning the other cheek is easy, it never is. It hurts like hell but there’s always a time and a place.

So, I personally know what this kid is going through. I was accused of not taking care of my grandma even though her daughter and son lived 15 minutes away(Not my mom nor my other 2 aunts). I spent every day taking care of her. Keep your head up brother, you didn't do anything wrong. You can't be there 24/7 Even though apparently his sister, whom was too busy on her high horse, expected him to. Maybe she should look at herself before she starts throwing shade.

First of all ma’am, YOU robbed yourself of your father when you did whatever YOU did to go to jail‼️ I hope her brother’s life is full of blessings. Sounds like the father choked on a piece of popcorn to me. Listening to what the brother said at the beginning, he was telling the truth, too much detail for it not to be, then the sister's boyfriend comes out and says things like "You lying, you know you got a guilty conscience" was just despicable. At the end where the boyfreind 'hugs' the brother and the look on boyfriend's face, like he was disappointed that he was wrong about him? The brother needs to walk away from the both of them.

I haven’t watched the whole video because the whole thing sounds fucking stupid but I’d have to guess that the boyfriend only knew about the situation from the sister telling him about it and so his whole view of the brother was shaped by his girlfriend framing him in an antagonistic/villainous position. It can be hard to let go of a perception of someone that’s been shaped through the filter of someone you’re close to. Just my .02

This woman honestly has no idea what happens when the brain and body don’t get oxygen. Her story is far fetched. It’s tragic when someone passes and loved ones often want someone to blame instead of accepting reality. I’m sorry but the sister making up a false reality, like “being choked” without any basis for it, has issues. She needs to work them out. He’s right, Maybe she shouldn’t have been in jail. I think she’s feels guilt for not being there. Her husband is a real winner too.

He had no motive to kill his dad, what would he have gained? As far as money or assets etc. It just didn't make sense to me from the start. I've been a hospice nurse for a very long time and have seen things like this many times. Guilt is an amazingly twisted creature that raises it's ugly head and causes families to break apart at the time they need to be closest. Many times family that is not present can make the lives of others miserable all because they can't take the guilt of not being there.

She is clearly projecting her sense of guilt onto her younger brother. It's very sad that she is being so weak that she will hurt her brother, who clearly is already wracked with his own remorse, by projecting her own feelings of guilt onto him.

Why I felt the same way Steve did. The reason for the suspicion is from the guilt the brother is holding in.

She should not have accused him. Acting like she was the perfect daughter. And yes he should throw it in her face for going to jail because she's accusing him of something horrible.

When he said he felt guilty cause he wasn't there to help him pick up the popcorn his self guilt was written all over his face and echoed in his words... my heart broke for him because he holds guilt for being away for a short amount of time when he felt like his dad needed him 💔... he had kids that loved him and I'm so sure he was and still is so proud of each.

This was so wrong on so many levels. That poor young man. He shouldn't have been put in that situation and on a real, it should be illegal for anyone under 18 to have to deliver that level of care to anyone... adults have to be certified to do it so why is a child expected to? He had every right to remind her that she wasn't there...

This guy went through so much I feel so bad for him. At 16 taking full care of someone is so hard to do then being blamed for his death. The sister tho I do believe she doesn’t mean any harm to her brother she really is the one who fucked up in this situation

Something about the demeanor of her husband tells me that they’re STILL going to blame him. They’re both incredibly immature and incapable of putting themselves in the little brother’s shoes. They don’t realize the role that SHE played. That poor kid did nothing wrong.

I miss my grandfather. When i was 17, 18, i didnt see him that often. My selfish self didnt want to go on the 35 minute drive to Newburyport Massachusetts to see him on the weekends. I'm horrible. Years ago, my uncle Glen called me wanting me to reconcile with my mom, his sister, i told him never again after all the physical abuse. 2 months later he kills himself at the age of 48. Completely my fault. 2 years ago, my cousin Jesse who was only 20, who i hadnt seen since we were kids died in a construction accident at his work. I reached out to his twin sister Julia, my other dear cousin, who only berated me. All my family who cared about me are dead and I'm only 26. Its all my fault. This story hit me hard..please appreciate what you have...Soon everything will be gone.

Him saying "you shouldn't have gone to jail!" is warranted! She repeated "I didn't get to say goodbye" as if it was his fault!" Hell no! It's as of she resents her brother for being around because she wasn't! Because, oh that's right, her ass was in jail! NOT his fault!

This one really hurts. I lost my father just over a month ago due to a massive heart attack, which caused restricted flow of blood and oxygen to his brain. By the tome he arrived at the hospital, his brain had gone too long without oxygen. They realized after hooking up to machines that would keep his heart pumping and his oxygen levels up, that he was already completely brain dead, and he never would have been able to heal.

Why was a 16yr left to care for their father? As for Tina, if you were so concerned at the time why didn't you step up and care for your father? Nope instead you were in jail! Your brother didn't deprive you from your father, you did that on your own. You should be thankful that your brother was there!

The dad must have had a stroke, stressed out totally seeing that his precious daughter did wrong and ended up in jail. Maybe it was because of her , so maybe she should blame herself not her brother.

This poor man loses his dad at a time he needs him most. The selfish sister worries more about herself than her family, then wants to play the poor me card! Instead of letting him grieve and saying 'thank you'! for him being there. For the sister's husband..piss off. What right have you got? You should of checked your wife was staying out of jail!!! 16 year old kid!! Feeling guilty because he couldn't save dad. She needs to spend the rest of her life apologising and making amends to him.
