@Niek Lodewijkx Hour hand is ON the 12 not before it. Minute hand moved from the 57th to 58th minute. 12:57 to 12:58. The clock is correct.

@Niek Lodewijkx Go into the game and set the time to 6x speed. Go into free look cam mode and look at how the clock moves. You will see when it changes from hour to hour it moves in one full stop. The hour hand stays dead on that number till the next hour and moves one full stop to the next hour and stays there till the next hour. Its probably an old clock the way the clock mechanisms move the hands but it is still accurate.

@Niek Lodewijkx I looked up the real clock and you are correct it does has smooth transitions. However the time is still 100% accurate in the game. It is not off by an hour.
