What is the real reason behind you deciding to start making videos for KZbin? Did you start your channel purely so you can monetize it and be internet famous, or did you have other reasons for posting videos for the world to see?
Sure, making money is always a good thing, but did you start making content for a higher purpose?

That’s great advice. I also heard somebody the other day say that you need to make >100 videos to get good. And it doesn’t matter with those videos even if they sick because nobody is watching them anyway! Good luck on your content too

@@DerekChaiMedia Thanks. One big problem I am having is that I have a face for radio and I write better than I talk. Not having a teleprompter is a nightmare and I am not sure if faceless videos with just the read written content works. But I guess we will see. lol

@@TheSpringboardVlog a lot of this just takes practice. You’ve got something to say and the world needs to hear it. Don’t get too worried about people’s reactions because you have no control over them. On the flip side, don’t say no for them either. You don’t know that there aren’t people out there who like your stuff!

@@2xplorecalifornia no I’ve not been to Laguna Beach. We stayed near Manhattan Beach and that was nice. We tend to stay at the Magic Castle and then travel to Anaheim and then sometimes up to Solvang. It’s always a fun trip

@@DerekChaiMedia thank you for encouraging me. I played sim city too back then. I've been wanting to make sims content for a long time but I feel like I don't know where to start. I finally started now because I need to occupy my mind to avoid grieving. And I actually enjoy making videos. It's giving me something new to look forward to each day. Although the low views also make it discouraging sometimes. 😅

@prjdghyt but as long as you love making the videos. It will show through your content and you will find your people. It takes a lot of hard work and time. I’ve been doing this a long time and only have a small number of subscribers. But like you, I love making content. Keep going
