Those ppl are currently raising their children to believe that. They think it's good to have a "forgiving nature". Predators have a lot of ways to discover the weaknesses in your upbringing as well as figuring out which people have non-confrontational personalities and take advantage. Those who went back on their own accord liked something about it, they're not victims, but willing participants. They should also get charged for it.
