Didn't shampoo over a year & this happened!! 😲

I might consider not using shampoo no more. It tangles my hair badly, I wash my hair in sections and I even detangle it before I shampoo it. Your hair is gorgeous and so are you.

You choose a bad shampoo. It happens to me before. Try a dermatological shampoo or choose one more expensive.

Lies. I paid $50 for shampoo and it's still the same. I am on day 60 with no shampoo and my hair no long snags and detangling is hardly needed now. It's CRAZY. It's even like my ends are mending. Less hair falling out and it's not dry. Just rinse with water twice a week minimum. I do other stuff that are natural.

Jaraama sister. Great points. Decided to stop using shampoo as well. Its been about a month and I've noticed great results. What I do in addition to that is use rosemary oil mixed water and spray on the hair during the day. That helps with the itching. Thanks for posting.

My hair absolutely hates shampoo these days. I’ve got about 4 different conditioners/deep condt. That I keep in hand instead. If it’s been awhile I’ll shampoo my roots/scalp but then I immediately regret it smh. My hair turns into this wet clump of hair stuck together. Feels horrible. As soon as a put a little conditioner on there it softens back up and I’m able to detangle or just rinse with ease. Happens with both regular and sulfate free shampoos.

I appreciate your video but your skin is not dry but built up because you don't skin brush it. This was a method used in the 1800 and earlier. I agree the hair needs no products whatsoever and this applies to black people with real course hair. Baking soda or powder and vinegar of any type is hazardous to the inside of the body as well as the outside.
