6:33 - Guys the "Ganji" she talks about is PAKHĀLA (PAW-KHAA-LLAW), also called as Pakhāl (in Sambalpuri) which is a staple in every ODIA household. It's a comfort food. You can eat it everyday too. Especially in the summer, add dahi (curd - preferably sour curd), a little bit of adrak (grated ginger), green chilli, coriander leaves and gobble it down. The parboiled rice is usna chawal, so PAKHĀLA is rice with twice the water (1:2 ratio or 1:3 if you want). It is easier for digestion, keeps everything cool in there. Rai + Curry patta ka tadka is optional. It's time that the world knows our food and culture.

In Uttar Pradesh the common probiotics are Kaanji Vada and Kaanji - paniwala achaar. Kaanji Vada or Kanji Bada is prepared by diluting Dahi bada with water and adding powdered mustard seeds, salt and red chilli powder and left overnight to ferment. Kaanji ka paniwala achaar is commonly made during winters using vegetables like carrot/radish/black carrot. here the vegies are half boiled and to the same water with the veggies we add mustard seed powder, turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder and little asafoetida and leave it for 2-3 days to ferment.

The Ganji in Bong terms is probably "Phena(foam) bhaat(rice)" where you boil rice to a point where it's melted to a huge extent, it literally becomes a rice soup although the stock's been removed OR it can be "Panta(cold and bland) bhaat(rice)" great to be had with dal and lemon in a mixed/mashed format, where the rice is cooked, kept in mildly cooler water overnight and then people serve and have it.

Acne / pimples are formed by lot of circumstances. Yes there is Gut health, hormonal imbalance both male and female esp from pcos . Dandruff in hair , Stress , Not eatimg right food . Not changing pillow covers frequently. Dirty makeup brush , not washing face after applying makeup . Not using the correct skin care product or over using it . I guess there are many things to be covered and its depends on individuals itself . I am currently suffering from acne still trying to find the root cause . My derma have recommended few creams which is not helping .. I am in a process of may be it will take time. I hope everyone finds there cure too

If you are anyone. Just try three things: 1. Stop eating gluten grains(Wheat, maida, sooji etc). You can eat millets and rice so lots of options. 2. Stop eating any kinds of sugar 3. Use a mild foamless soap to wash face. Leave the soap for 10 seconds and wash it. Optional: 1. Cook food in coconut oil Try the above. The acne bacteria mainly survives on ur face by eating sugar and gluten. I had severe acne no doctor advised me this. Kept on taking meds for long but no results Eventually I came across this knowledge on youtube. Within 5-6 days of following these I cleared my acne. Hope it helps you. In case you try Please update ur results here below.
