Just found your video in Google. I love that you are including food for medication! I am a believer that food is our first medication that God given us freely. Since i was 14 yrs old i’ve been having this episodes. But now i’m 26 i can’t even work or do normal things in my daily life. I’m in Canada and for 3 months now i’m waiting for MRI schedule. It’s hard to wait. It’s been 3 yrs since my doctors been moving me to different specialists and can’t find any solutions. Thank you for all the info❤

I have vertigo since I’m a child. Have episodes every several months. I get it in my sleep and wake up can’t move my head because room is spinning. I was told to take Benedryl and Dramamine and try to sleep it off. Going for Brain MRI April 8th just to make sure there are no tumors growing. Thank you.

Hi I just recently found your videos. Just the last couple years I’ve had vertigo 3 times. This time I’ve had it for at least 6 weeks. My doctor sent me to physical therapy for this and it’s made it worse I can’t drive now or work. I’m going for a brain MRI in a few days. What’s the relationship between situational phobias (heights, open spaces) and vertigo episodes? how do you address this in your practice?

I am not sure of the relationship between them. We address Vertigo by finding the cause of it. It usually starts in the upper cervical spine.

I have this balance problem where i feel like i am drunk all the time but i am not , all my vitamin levels are normal , the only area which hurts is my ocipital region and i get blurry vision , even if i take a walk my ocipital region hurts , i have tried many exercise to cure it but no relief , plz can you share your idea on this ?

Hi I had really bad vertigo episodes 2 weeks which lasted about a week but I am still light headed . I am changing my diet to what you are suggesting to see if it can make a difference I drink about 2 litres of water My bp is on the lower side so if I drink more than that i feel light headed What can I do about that

No matter whichever home remedy I have been trying, I am facing constant vertigo and lightheadedness as well as severe hair fall for years. I have been told that until and unless the exact cause of vertigo is not known, vertigo doesn't go away easily.I continuously feel like I am flying or floating in the air.I have been asked to do MRI of brain but I am nervous if my vertigo triggers inside the machine as I had episodes of severe vertigo attacks inside flight due to constant sounds inside it. Please help.

Hey doctor I have a problem of gastic vertigo. In which gases are travelling all over my body and specially in my head by which I feel like I am flying or spinning all the time😢. My stomach is still not well. After eating I experience severe gases going all through my chest in my upper and lower back, then paasing into the head I am suffering this from 5 months. I also became gluten free but it didn't work. Now I am eating wheat again. My friend suggested me to become grain free but I couldn't get that much support from my family. Because it is a difficult task as I couldn't stand for for and make my meal. Can I get a proper chart of food to follow in the whole day I am in a desperate need to help.

Do not worry u hv a vertigo, don’t strain ur self then, take ur regular pills for vertigo, if able to work do light work, use a cane for support, slowly the symptoms will subside and heal.give some time . Stay positive.

Sandra so am I - try cutting out refined processed sugar and carbs - intermittent fasting had also helped me - focus on good quality protein minimum 30 grams each meal - good fats nuts olive oil avocados olives, low GI veges salads - limit fruits to berries single portion apple pear - 3 litres of water - good luck
