Please note typo error at 4.51 the final setting time of OPC is 280mins i.e.4.67 hrs And at 5.04 the final setting time of PPC is 600mins i.e.10 hrs.

One major point missed is that fly ash helps to complete the reaction of cement. In OPC some part of cement is not used whereas in PPC a complete reaction happens due to active silica and hence in concrete finally there Is no cement which is left unused.
