How do you stop a half moon betta from chewing his fins off?

There are many reasons why Bettas destroy their own fins but one thing that has helped me was letting my betta flare at his own reflection once or twice a day for a few minutes. My theory..and its just a theory is that bettas destroy their own fins fur to boredom/stress/or they just think its another betta when they turn around and don't realize that its them..

My male betta has recently died however I have found you (and your pets) to have helped me come through it and now ,while I am still sad, I am a lot better and I would love to have one of your betta fry maybe ,if I get the supply's, I could give you a pair ,or two, of my mixed guppies. DearCreative Pet Vlogs, I'd love to see you breed your new male with a blue female, I have a blue koi (possibly marble) female halfmoon. I'd love to breed her soon if you don't mind I'd like to borrow your new male to breed her with (the Dalmatian male) it will mostly be next year (or when I get the supplies a heater and some Indian almond leaves ,if you have any left please may I have them can you send them with the male if you say yes and if you have a spare heater , I am broke) I think it will be a cute pair. My female is within breeding age. If you do agree message me on Instagram or snapchat @fancyfinns and when they do breed ,if they do, I'll give you most of the fry ,if that's okay, and I'll keep about 15 and sell them to my local pet store and probably keep a breeding male. I'll take a pic of marble ,my female, and upload it on Instagram I hope you agree and 70% of the earnings will be yours thank you for reading this and I will await your response if no I'll try to get one likes yours and if you want I'll give you a female I am a 11 year old however I know a lot of information about breeding bettas I'll ask my parents if it's okay and if it is I'll be glad to breed them.
