You had some pretty good stuff in the boxes you were looking at Steve. Looks like you could get the complete Triumph completion. Pretty cool story on the Miles Davis album, 900 gospel and 2 Davis album, I guess you never know.

Lucky for everyone else I’m not a Triumph completest. Allied Forces is all I need from them to get my fill. Ryan will be listing those on eBay in a lot unless someone messages him to buy them direct from him. Ryan’s been successfully selling records from my digs to viewers. Finding that Miles Kind of Blue and Lee Morgan in those 900 Christian records renewed my faith 🤣

Oh my goodness.. ✌️ that's a serious selection. And in great shape. Savor the flavor fellas, every day ain't like this.thanks very much for flipping through it for us. Edit: love that Aerosmith debut. And the Sound Effects! 😁 unplayed Miles Davis devil music!

That's a very showy first box.. All of those Runaways records, all of it.. And The Kinks ! "Waiting For A Miracle" Bruce Cockburn I have listened to 100 times, but don't have it on vinyl.. I would play it at work at the french restaurant ( Le Petit Pier ) in the early 1990's ! Head East has that killer rock tune on that record..

You’re absolutely right, JT. Now. What to keep and what to sell. That is the question. I’m sensing a Miracle. 🤔 😉. Steve Carlson just showed his Head East album last week. It a nostalgic record for him. Me? I’m a chef so I was always drawn to the Buttered Pancakes and Syrup 🥞 on the cover! 🤣 Thanks for digging with us, JT! ✌🏽

Instant Kinks collection! Those Van Halen reissues sound very good. If I remember correctly, they’re all analog cuts. So many sealed records! Pretty cool Butcher boot. Cool CCR Mofi. The Exposed compilation album is excellent. It’s nice to get back to the storage locker! 🤩
@TheVinylRecordMission6 ай бұрын
Believe it or not I’m not a fan of later Kinks. 😬. Better for everyone else. I do like the Van Halen pressings and CCR. There’s a lot of money sitting in those 2 boxes.

When you dig into Ryan's stash, do you pay him for the things you take home? Or do you already advanced an amount? Pardon the dumb question since I guess I wasn't paying attention too much on what you were saying and was marveling what you guys got. And what does he do with the things you did not get?
@TheVinylRecordMission6 ай бұрын
Hi there Brownbeat! Thanks you for watching and inquiring. I’d be happy to answer your question. No money ever exchanges hands between Ryan and I. I have a very large collection of my own. I have many great records that I don’t care for but other collectors love. Ryan and I only trade records for records. The records I give hive are super sellable records he can list on eBay and make his money. We both get what we want. Whatever I don’t want from the digs he sorts and sells them on eBay. You can always inquire about records you’re interested in buying. If they are available Ryan will work a deal with you and ship them to you. Ryan handles all the sales. The best way to reach Ryan questions with questions about records is to send him a message on Instagram. I’ll leave a link below to our Instagram page. Thank you again for your support. Take care, Steve instagram.com/therecordmission?igsh=OGQ5ZDc2ODk2ZA%3D%3D&
