100% agree with the right balances set up any fish will give a good fight and make it more enjoyable. The lighter the better is what I prefer at the moment.

Hi Ian, rod is a vercelli spyra amarela, reel is a shimano Ultegra 5500 and line is a tapered line asso 8lb to 50lb. Thanks for watching

@@BanditFishingUK thanks for the reply mate... goes to show the fish dont necessarily have to be in deep water. i often get put off beach shore fishing cause i think there will be no fish around. i guess more factors need to be bang on to be successful. tide, wind weather and location. tight lines and keep up the good work enjoy the odd video :)

Hi Mark, no not given up just finding time is very difficult. The Chanel started during covid and we had lots of time to get and fish. Unfortunately as we’ve got back to normal and young children getting older. It’s time to enjoy time with them. We’ve got 2 sessions filmed and hope they can be edited and published over the coming weeks. Thanks for asking about us. We’re still here and still want to create content.
