I absolutely loved this guide! 3d builder seems a lot more simple to use compared to blender which, speaking from experience, is a pain to learn properly. Thank you for sharing your process.

with this i can only pretty much put things together that i could hypothetically put together by myself irl minus the clipping and the tiny parts that would realistically break, and blender is just bullshit to be honest, are there any alternatives to it?

Meshmixer is alright but has a bit of a learning curve (like most stuff). 3d max if you really wanna pull your hair out. Blenders gotten pretty solid since 3 came out. There are a grabbag of others out there but I'm drawing a blank atm.
