This is from the Chinies competition The Singer. Dimash was invited as a Wild Card, because he won the Slavic Bazar competition. Usually the Singer competition is only for Chinies Singers and the contesters are all profesionelle singers. Dimash came in second place. Could have been his own choise, as Dimash is a very polite and humble person.

Dimash was the first to sing because the performers were going according to the expectations of the audience, and because no one knew anything about Dimash, not even what he looked like, he went first. Later in another episode, one of the other performers said going behind Dimash was stressful, while another said he was stressed out after hearing Dimash for the first time. In case you were not informed, this was a talent show for Chinese professional singers who already had established careers. Some for 10 years and longer. Dimash a la fecha a cantado en 14 idiomas, participo en varias competencias, presentaciones y conciertos propios desde el 2017 en diferente paises, es cantautor y musico principalmente. Estudio música lirica y contemporánea por ello usa mucho el mesclar diferentes estilos en su música. Se dice que tiene un rango de casi 7 octavas, su padre es musico y su madre soprano y desde los 5 años ya comenzó a estudiar música, a esa edad ya sabia lo que quería. Welcome to the Dimash world, you have just crawled into a world which will blow your socks off. This was 2017, he was 22 years age here, a live show. Dimash was a wild card, expected to go out in two weeks. This is a show of invited professional singers, the audience is made up of a mixture of coaches, singers, and just people. After this one performance the show had views of 600 Million. Dimash was first on, he sung this song in French, he doesn't speak it or understand it. Then he had 6 octaves, that was then. Now today he has over 7 octaves. He basically didn't understand anything, but sung in French, English, Russian and his own language, Kazakh, Igor Krutoy, came out of retirement to play and compose for Dimash, he has collaborated with numerous renowned singers in classical and contemporary music, such as Anna Netrebko, Dmitri Hvorostovsky, Aida Garifullina, Andrea Bocelli, Lara Fabian, Alla Pugacheva and Irina Allegrova. Dimash is university-trained in classical as well as contemporary music, and is known for his exceptionally wide vocal range, his highest was a D8. He has performed songs in thirteen languages. Although offered a position at the Astana Opera, he decided to carve out his career in contemporary music, mixing classical elements and traditional Kazakh music with pop music Dimash completed a Broadway Musical master class in 2009. In 2014, he graduated in Classical Music with Major in Vocal (Bel Canto) from the music institute of K. Zhubanov University in Aktobe . Began his studies in Contemporary Music (Jazz, Pop) at Kazakh National University of Arts in Astana, where he graduated with Major in Vocal on 27 June 2018. On 18 June 2020, he graduated from the same university with a Master's Degree in Composition by defending his Master's thesis with a perfect score. Receiving a recommendation for admission to doctoral studies in music. He knows exactly what he is doing on stage with his instrument. It does look effortless, Dimash is known as the best singer in the world. Because of the range he has and what he can do with his voice. This is the start of your journey with Dimash, Dimash doesn't have fans he has an army, (He calls them his "Dears" they will probably give you a list of the songs to follow if your interested in what he can do. He came in second in this competition, mainly due to politics. He should have won it hands down. There are coaches all over the world gaga about this guy and students of music studying Dimash. Dimash was classically trained since he was 5 yrs old then he added po with it later. He sings live most of the time Dimash is kind, humble and giving. He's 27 yrs now. The talent completion was in 2017.His voice is better now. Dimash is the best Thankyou for your reaction 💕

This was the first reaction videos I seen that got "Dimashified" before he started listening!! hihi Loss of words and hard time understanding or finding what he does is some of the caracters of that!! You haven’t seen anything jet!!! This is about 1/3 or so what he can do! This is from the Chinese competion "Singer" from 2017 and Dimash was the youngest ever at 22 years young!! They hade severel different bands that they hade there. Dimash was first in and no one did know him. Mor lower down. He is born in May 24 1994. He is from Kazakhstan and has been music schooled sense 5 years old and told the teacher that the piano was out of tune! He sings about 7 octaves or so! No one knows he is still learning. He sings higher than the piano can go! He also writs and compose own songs, plays bunch of instruments including Dombra there own Kazakh instrument that has a sound you can’t believe and onley 2 strings! He also sings in about 14 (Kazakh, Turkish, Usceck, Russian, Ukranian, Serbien, Bulgarian Chinese , Italien, Spamish, French, English, German, Japanese ) languages and speaks 3 so far (Kazakh, Russian and English). Dimash has an excellent education: he graduated from the College of Music with a degree in Opera Singing, university of arts in the specialty "Estrada and jazz vocals", and on June 18, 2020, he completed a master's degree in Composition. He graduated with a degree in opera from the music school at the University of Aktobe (2014), a degree in pop/jazz from the National Arts University in Nur Sultan (2018), just completed his Master's degree in composition (June 2020) and have started his PhD. He have done some contests in his life but the one I think got the worlds intension is "The Singer" (Allso called "I am a singer" or "Singer") from China in 2017. The Singer is a program for established Chinese singers to face off against each other invites only in a competition where votes were cast by an audience of 500. Dimash Qudaibergen was a last-minute inclusion (a 'dark horse'). But his performance of 'SOS D'un Terrien En Detresse' electrified the audience, his fellow competitors and the viewers who numbered in the billions (this program was one of the most-watched in China and outside). They also got him the nickname "Imported little brother" the day after the show. They also had to get bodyguard for Dimash do to the famous over night both in China and also the world. Dimash wasn’t really prepared for that. He had come to China at 22 years young man by him self and didn’t know the language. They hade contracted him for 2 shows because they didn’t think he cold go further than that. He didn’t think they would like him. So he was nervous this performers that he had also to start the show with. But they hade to change that do to his famous over night. Dimash got many new friends from this show and he said at some point he learned a lot from it to. SOS is Dimash masterpiece!! SOS is an existentialist song, ups and downs in life, depression and death, when you feel you don’t belong here. This is a cover written by Luc Plamondon and Michel Berger and was first released by Daniel Balavoine in 1978. Even though Dimash version is much better! Dimash is the Most Skilled Vocalist ever!!! Technically and artistically that’s a fact. His versatility, wide range, stage presence, performance, background, technique, creativity, powerful and beautiful voice makes him all in one 🔝🔝🎤❤️🌹 The Singer , it was a Chinese show for highly respected singers to compete, Dimash was the only non Chinese singer invited because the producer saw him perform for the Chinese and Kazakh presidents and was very impressed. He is from Kazakhstan and was the youngest ever competitor in 2017 at only 22 years old. This was his first performance on the show and the audience went wild for him. When the show was broadcast on tv he had to have bodyguards for the first time in his life as he had become a superstar overnight in China. He is now a world class artist, turned 28 on the 24th of May but touring the world to sell out arenas with his solo concerts, he also performs in concerts with the famous Ukrainian/Russian composer Igor Krutoy, is constantly collecting awards, attends many prestigious red carpet events, film festivals and even models for lots of high end fashion houses. He is university trained in Classical opera vocals to degree level, also holds a degree in contemporary pop music and jazz with a major in vocals, and now has finished his master degree in music composition. He started his doctorate in Musicology.He has been having singing lessons from the age of 5 when his teacher noticed he had perfect pitch . He was offered a place at the Astana Opera in Kazakhstan but respectfully turned it down to pursue his own more contemporary musical career. He is a multi instrumentalist, more than 8 instruments and also sings in 15 different languages and has a range of over 6 octaves from a low bass A2 to a high soprano, plus a whistle register with his highest note so far being a 5 second D8 with vibrato. He is widely recognized as the best vocalist in the world. He speaks fluent Kazakh and Russian, is studying English and Mandarin and has conversational skills in both but not quite fluent yet. He is kind, humble, generous and modest, very elegant and very tall, Dimash is 6ft 3, 1/4.

You just witnessed the greatest vocalist alive. He’s from Kazakhstan, sings in 15 different languages, plays multiple musical instruments and is currently working on his PhD in music. He’s been training since the age of 5, has a 6-8 octave range (depending on who you ask) has absolute pitch, and is an amazingly humble man. He sings every genre (even raps) He has many recent performances, but I would highly recommend "Sinful Passion" 2018, Stranger" 2021, "Diva Dance" at Bastau 2017, "Ikanaide" 2021, "Ave Maria" 2021, "Daybreak" at Bastau 2017. Each performance will leave you stunned.

Dimash is University trained in both Classical and Contemporary Music, so he can easily sing Operatic and Pop like in the same song, he has been training everyday since he was 5 years old and still continues to train till this day, that shows the Dedication. Dimash has a 7,1 Octave Vocal Range, yet he doesn't neglect his training. This song is a pearl of the French songbook is a Canadian-French cyberpunk-rock opera written in 1976 by Michel Berger (French) and with lyrics by Luc Plamondon (Canada) and was immortalized in the voices of Daniel Balavoine, Diane Dufresne and Grégory Lemarchal. This was Dimash’s intro to the “adult stage” at 22.5 years old. He had to go first during this competition because he was the only non Chinese and invitee in 2017. He is now 28 and really close to completing his doctorate degree. SOS will always be his signature song. Pay attention to his English, (the only language I know) now compared to where he is now. He had his first solo concert in New York at the Barclays Center on 12/10/2019 which has been a dream of his since he was a little boy. There is no singer who even comes close to his technical ability. He doesn’t have a specific genre but can sing in many. Thanks for your reaction.

U will be rained with comments about Dimash. Of cos the goods one. For me theres no other singer like Dimash. But l prefer SOS Slaviz Bazaar version cos its more emotional. Dimash play 7 instrument and sings in 13 languages. Speaks fluently mother kazakstan and Russian. And getting better in english and chinese. Normally fans would recommend next songs to be sinful passion. Its russian, stranger in englush, ave maria, adagio english, love is like a dream in russian. Great reaction. This song is from a Stage Musical "Starmania". A Canadian-French cyberpunk rock opera written in 1976. Dimash chose it because he could obviously show his wide range. It has become his signature song. But he constantly outdoes himself. Higher, lower, longer. Classical, Pop, Rap. He continues to improve year by year. If you want to continue being amazed at what a human voice can do. React to more Dimash. "Sinful Passion" is from same time period as this song. Or you can jump to today and do "Stranger". This is the big professional singer show in China, the 2017 "I Am Singer" 4 month long competition. Full orchestra plus ethnic. One song per contestant per week. This was him doing the opening song of the opening night. I think he was the first ever non-Chinese (Kazakhstan) singer on the show and essentially still an amateur. It's been 5 years and he never stops training, so he has gotten better. This same song in 2018 has better French pronunciation and a couple tweaks to the arrangement. Then in his 2021 or so digital concert he changes the style a bit. I would call it more of a French style. Some of his best work is on Russian songs, partially because he is fluent and partially because he has some very high quality musicians and composers to collaborate with.
