My name is James Aubrey IV and I just recently graduated college from Iowa State University. After college I decided to take a leap of faith. So I moved to San Diego California to pursue my passion for videography/ KZbin. Overall I'm a pretty chill person, outside of KZbin I like to longboard, dance, play video games, lift weights and hangout with my friends. I know that success on KZbin won't happen overnight but I'm willing to stay patient and put in the work to try to prefect my craft daily. No need for those who want to exaggerate to 7, because even at 6 octaves for a male singer, it makes Dimash the male singer with the widest vocal range in recorded history! He goes a bit beyond that. Dimash is a phenomenon and one musician who KNOWS how to use his voice as an instrument. He treats it like an instrument. The sound/s he produces are beautifully appealing to the ear. Dimash is singing history. We’re fortunate to be alive and be able to witness such an amazing gift and amazing singer. I’m grateful.

Dimash makes us cry all the time so buckle up!! As other people have said, Dimash Kudaibergen is from Kazakhstan. That is a very large beautiful country between China and Russia. It's about 3 times the size of Texas. You pronounce his name like this (Dee-mosh Koo-dye-ber-gun). He sings in like 12 different languages although mostly in Kazakh, English, Russian, Italian, and Chinese. So, many of his songs need subtitles but to honest his voice is so great you can feel what he's singing about even if you don't know the language. You experienced this with SOS. This performance was 3 years ago on a Chinese tv show contest for established well known Chinese singers. Dimash wasn't Chinese, he didn't speak the language, no one knew who he was, he was just 22 years old, and he had no established fan base. After this performance aired on Chinese TV 10 days later he became an overnight sensation in China. His performance got 600 million views. (600 million!!!! I mean that's crazy). He went from being an unknown artist to not being able to go anywhere in China without body guards literally overnight. He'''s done a ton of performances in the last 3.5 years and I mean a TON. He has a huge loyal following all over the world and it's getting bigger everyday. Don't forget that the release of his first album went Platinum in 37 seconds [yep, you read that right] and, if I'm not mistaken, went triple Platinum in less than an hour. I don't know of another singer on Earth who comes close to those stats, Michael Jackson maybe? Dears, please correct me if I'm off on these numbers because being accurate is important. I've only been a Dimash Dear for about 3 months and i cherish every second i get to listen to him. For personal reasons, my fave from Dimash is IF I NEVER BREATHE AGAIN from his New York concert. I've never seen anyone do a reaction to it, maybe because he doesn't do his usual vocal pyrotechnics in it but IMO the song doesn't lend itself to them. The reason you know it’s not auto tuned is auto tune cannot jump octaves. Auto tune is augmenting or diminishing a halftone so the person doesn’t sound sharp or flat. Most people when it’s done can hear it with the naked ear. Also digitally in recordings they can take a voice and do stuff with it so that when the singer sings live they sound like crap.dimash has things he does with the mike in a live concert to prove to his audience that he’s not using embellishments. Dimash has over 7 octaves and has perfect pitch so doesn’t need tricks. This is a contest where all the contestants are professional singers there by invitation only. I love seeing the “first” reaction to Dimash. His voice is phenomenal. This is not even his best performance . Dimash was only 22 at the time in 2017 and this was from a Chinese, by invitation, vocal competition. Live performance in a Chinese professional singer (I Am Singer) competition. He was granted a spot as a wildcard, the only non-Chinese. Live orchestra. Huge audience. He was an outsider and had no special favors. Being the new guy, he is the opening act on the opening night of the 2017 competition. The people in the green room are his competitors. No autotune, no recorded track. The only tech is a mixing board with EQ and an echo unit. He worked hard for 17 years leading up to this surprise. But you're right. It seems impossible. No one saw this coming. That's why we are such fans.

Dimash not only has the most beautiful and versatile male singing voice EVER, he knows how to 'sell' the song and it's message. He is NOT autotuned ever. He's sings live flawlessly. He's really a musical genius. He's very involved in all phases of the production and arrangements. On top of all that, he sings phonetically in at least 10 languages,sings every genre you can imagine, speaks fluent Kazakh and Russian, is learning Mandarin and English and working on his PhD in musical sciences. And he's always classy in the way he presents himself , in his manner of dress, grooming, speech and behavior. He is not one of today's r 'ordinary' singers.

You can't go wrong reacting to a Dimash video. Even if you don't understand the language, he is just so incredibly good at pulling whatever emotion he chooses from your soul. I enjoy this Opera 2, Sinful Passion, Daybreak, Olympico, and Unforgettable Day at Gakku (just because he can). Honestly, I can just go on and on. He is an enchanted, otherworldly being that we are blessed to be able to hear.

Yes it's real, the best voice in the world. He makes people cry all the time. This is a competition for professional Chinese singers. He was a young unknown foreigner, from Kazakhstan, invited as a wildcard, and after the first performance, this one, became an overnight sensation. I discovered him by chance a year and a half ago, and since then I listen to him all the time. His voice has a healing effect on me. There is a lot more of amazing stuff where this came from, sometimes he sings high, sometimes low, sometimes in the middle, sometimes all at once, depending on the song, but it doesn't matter. In every register and genre and style his voice sounds amazing, touches the soul and makes people cry. You should watch his second song from this contest . @@Gantzz321 not that I know who or what you mean, but it's a subjective matter of course. I have heard a lot of voices in my life, from different genres of music, and for me he is definitely the first by far, from the first second I accidentally clicked on a KZbin video I didn't even intend to open and got instantaneously mesmerized by the heavenly beauty of the voice and the emotional performance. It was the most powerful shock I have ever experienced in my life, and nothing even close in intensity never happened to me before or after, and every time I listen to him (which is all the time) I experience the same shock and emotional intensity, as if it's the first time.
