I've been following Dimash for almost 4 years and he continues to amaze me. Every move of his performance is calculated and thought out by Dimash. Tiny things many people don't even get but are important to Dimash because he is a musical and performance genius. Like at the beginning of the song after he sings"if I have the strength to begin again", he steps forward as if entering this strange land and looks around as it is unfamiliar, showing he is a stranger in a strange land. If you watch his video performances closely you will notice the tiniest things he does to draw you in and show you his genius. Dimash's own mother says he is a workaholic and a perfectionist.

Dimash is a perfectionist and a workaholic. In interviews on Kazak TV, he stated that he wakes up at 5AM (7 days a week). By 5:30AM he has begun doing 3 hours of vocal exercises (scales, arpeggios, lip bubbles, etc..). That is before he even begins his workday in the studio or at rehearsals for a concert. To improve his lung capacity and breath control, he will either swim laps in a pool for 1 hour uninterrupted or hit the treadmill for a 5k run. Sometimes, he will substitute that for a full-on 90 minute soccer match with his mates and their team. (He has good ball skills as you can see here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/oaXCnaKhhL9_jdk ). He doesn’t drink, either! He will often work 12-14 hour days. He says he hates vacations. Dimash is the real deal when it comes to showing how hard work and dedication will make you succeed!

Stranger is the first masterpiece of the last Dimash trilogy. That's how I call it.😉 It symbolise birth. This performance is full of symbols Everything, the music, his voice, his movements, lyrics, the whole staging, the lights, the slowly moving light circle behind Dimash at the very beginning, absolutely everything you see and hear symbolise the whole birth process, from the beginning to the end. At the beginning 9 man and 9 women carry candles /the small light of life/. They hide Dimash. His high notes in the middle, symbolise mother's cry. At the moment he was born, the candles go out and the stage goes on fire. His longest note at the end symbolise his very first breath. It means I ARIVED. Absolutely mind blowing performance. The second one, Fly Away, is our life path-the matrix in which we live. The spinning globe at the back ground all the time, shows the scale of this matrix. Again, everything in this performance is full of symbols - the creepy zombies, the dancers movements, Dimash's movements, the lyrics... Everything evokes the filling of rebellion. Dimash fights with this matrix and he desperately wish to escape of it. He is the only one who refuse to dance the matrix dance. He wanna fly away. And the final song of this trilogy Ave Maria - that's our soul's fly to the heaven. Absolutely stunning. Absolutely. STUNNING. /All 3 songs are on his channel/. Amazing reaction. Thank you. ❤️

My all-time favourite Dimash song, from the very first listen! It might be a controversial opinion, but sometimes I think the songs Maestro Krutoy writes for Dimash - «Passione» being an example - seem to be more about exploiting Dimash's ridiculous vocal range, than the songs in themselves? (don't come for me guys, it's just my own personal view!) But everything in «Stranger» just sounds RIGHT, in service to the music, the message, and the whole cohesive theme of the song - though I'll concede, that Dimash holding that last F#5 rock belt for so long was DEFINITELY him showing off, in the very best sense of the phrase! All in all, a true collaborative masterpiece, that I just can't get enough of... I love it!!😮🙃😆

BRAZIL - Honestly, DIMASH is the biggest and best singer in the world. The arrangement of STRANGER is MAGNIFICENT, sensational and always reminds me of the opening theme (MAIN TITLE) of the world famous series GAME OF THRONES which is also beautiful, with that cello sound (music composed by RAMIN DJAWADI) in STRANGER the music made by IGOR KRUTOY, with lyrics by musician SARAH VAUGHN but the superb arrangement was by 2 great professionals (ERLAN BEKCHURIN who is the main arranger and friend of Dimash and DIMITRIS KANTOPOULOS DA GREECE) WHAT TEAM, I'm already wishing for another masterpiece like this one; and the icing on the cake was Dimash who added, including the Kazakh instrument QOBYZ (KOBYZ) played to perfection by OLZHAS QURMANBEK, which made the difference and added a special touch. I've read and heard comments about the song STRANGER being ideal for big TV series and big movie movies. I totally agree. DIMASH AND IGOR TOGETHER ARE LIKE THE MIDAS TOUCH

This didn’t feel sad to me. Even the staging and Dimash’s theatrics spoke more to adventure than sorrow. From the spiralling effect when Dimash sang the first few notes (reminiscent of the effects from space travel shows of the sixties) to the hitch to Dimash’s step as he “stumbled” onto the “new ground”, the presentation - aside from some intimation towards the minor melodic key (which felt closer to a pentatonic scale to me) - felt more like it harkened to a New adventure. Exploratory and new. Foreign and unusual. This didn’t bring about tears for me, instead it was driven and passionate with a grandiose resolution towards the end (that impressive held note!) . A very epic and multinational song.

Desde que empieza a decir la palabra "Again" Inicia el contador, hay quienes inician el contador cuando va por "Gain" sin iniciar desde la "a" por eso da menos tiempo, pero en realidad tarda 20 segundos la ultima frase "Again" una prueba de ello en este video es que empieza la frase en 12:30 y termina en 12:50
