Just had the pleasure of eating at your restaurant a few times this past week during our road trip to Santa Fe. Off the charts good.

for the people talking shit... this is a new mexican restaurant and that's what kind of food they serve. secondly... it's *delicious*. Not the best place in Santa Fe but definitely worth checking out. and to the person asking where the "hispanic" people are there's plenty working there.

Never been to this place, but there are dozens if not hundreds of great places to eat this style of food in New Mexico. It's like pizza in New York City. Only the strong survive.

Can anyone tell what was in the big pan he tipped into the onions and garlic? He mentioned stockade for 10 days? And also mentioned Franks estste? The subtitles didn't make any sense. TIA x

I give him credit for trying to make pupusas but that is NOT the way to make them. He should get Salvadorean women who REALLY KNOW how to make pupusas to make them in the authentic Salvadoran style. Although the food does look yummy, I wish he would use more authentic ingredients like loroco, chipilin, refried beans, chicharron, Salvadoran cheeses, etc. for the filling. Nice couple. I wish them a prosperous future.

Guy, you STILL haven't had a pupusa. That was a mutant arepa. 1. You will NEVER see that bootleg way of patting it down. It's done by cupping your hand, drop filling in, close your cupped hand and do your little touches here and there 2. Steak?? No. Cheese, refried beans, or pork. Maybe loroco. 3. Corn and monterey jack?! GTFO 4. The sauce seems chunky, it should be pureed to a watery red consistency. No visible greens. 5. Crispy? Crunchy? Never in the same sentence as "pupusa". NEVER. EVER

Salvadoran resturant making Mexican dishes? Strange. Almost like as if El Salvador has no cuisine.
