That moment when he asks her if she's ever killed anyone before and she answers, "sure", is all the more powerful once you've seen the whole movie and realize she's telling the truth.

Can you NOT put the redundant "Subscribe" sign right into the scene when it already started? That doesn't look good, and makes you want to unsubscribe, if anything, honestly. You don't spoil a quality movie like that with visual-garbage insertions.

Mesmerizing scene. I thought the first little "click" was from Stone character's gun, only to find out it was from Hackman character's small matches box. Never been a great Sharon Stone fan. Here however, she matches Gene Hackman acting every step of the way.

@@wizardofb9434 Don’t listen to simpleton who wrote that. The first click was Sharon Stone cocking back the hammer of her Derringer. Gene Hackman hears it and knows it’s a gun. So he tells a story as a distraction to get his match holder and uses the click from that as a bluff to Sharon Stone basically saying “You have a gun on me and now I have one on you” A 4 year old could understand this scene and yet it eluded the jackass up top.

First click was her gun. Second after his story was his matchbox. He knew she was pointing a gun at him. He bluffed and won.
