Randy your joyful singing and cooking is like a balm for my soul, much needed today! I'm a little down as my garden here in western France is looking very brown and dry and all my veg are looking like your radish that ate itself 🥲 I've watched your videos for years and am always inspired to call some friends and invite them over for dinner! Thank you for your wonderful videos, I'm a video editor so know how much work goes into producing them to such a high standard. Sending you and our crew so much love and appreciation! ❤

After watching the segment about making Shakshuka, it hit me that Rye bread toast would be the perfect accompaniment for it!

Thanks once again for a completely delightful video. “We’re gonna try and make angel food cake. Now listen, I’ve never made angel food cake, in my life! We have a sort of 50/50 possibility of failure and we’ve decided you’re going to see the failure, if it happens. So…” The whole approach behind this opening statement on the recipe is why I love your channel. This is real cooking, with real mistakes being made, warts and all. It’s what happens to all of us sooner or later when we cook. Thanks for keeping it real, so much fun to watch and great recipes. You guys are just the business.❤️ ps….Hearty congratulations on reopening the theater!

Hi Randy, Nancy again. Love this episode! Laughing while learning what could be better? Since I never dress the salad (dressing on the side) I say I serve my salad naked...undressed. would you say, "said the actress to the Bishop, wink wink😂

Food really is a great connector. My family is Haitian and we make a polenta like dish called mayi moulen and it’s served with a beefy vegetable mixture, legume and it’s basically creamy polenta with a ragu. Don’t know how I missed that.

At 16:35 to 16:40 if you look at the polenta, the pan landle on the right burner looks like a dragon shutting its mouth !!

Randy these days on can easily buy a container of egg whites in any big supermarket. Why not use that instead of separating the eggs yourself?

You punched out a shakshuka a shooka rum punch. Pour over the back of a spoon to "float".
