gomers44 it's not really offensive technically in this context, i think, bcs these artists are not using this word to offend anyone. They are quoting a person who tried to offend them. This entire song is just quoting bunch of heartles ignorant workers at an appliance store, claiming that being a musician is easy and it's not a real work. These men called a famous musician this offensive term. The band is simply quoting the mean comments.

I just came back from a 2 week long work-study trip to Malta where I basically had to do work for a gardening company and I used to sing this all day long since I had to do 9-5, wasn't paid and had to move heavy shit while out in the sun all day long while other people in the group would just work for 2 hours at day making tiktoks in a cool fresh office with AC and would also get paid 500€ per week. Also those dudes would bring chicks from their office back to the house we were staying, so yeah, money for nothing and chicks for free.

I think it might be second to the end of sultans of swing. If you disagree, you should give it a relisten. It's doesn't give u the stank face like this one does, what it does is reaches in your body plucks your soul from it shreds it, puts it back together and places it back somehow slightly better than it was before.

One thing they should have done (I don't know when I first thought of this.) was have the drums do what you hear in a lot of rock songs, where, in the end, you hear it go from the usual kick/snare to mostly just snares, with occasional kicks. (I asked what it was in another (unrelated) video, and someone said about it being like a buildup.) It would probably be from. 7:34 to 8:00, when you hear the fill, before Sting starts singing.
