Comparing the Matt Reeves Apes trilogy to LOTR and Godfather trilogy is cinephile blasphemy! The latest apes films are pure blockbuster CGI motion-captured avengers hollywood nonsense! None of them have the heart soul and pure character richness of the 1968 original. They need to GO BACK to the MAKE-UP and hire oscar winning/theater trained actors to portray these apes...fuck all that CGI video game shit!
