Love this vid brother on rare TYCO! Everyone knew about the TYCO turbo train, but a lesser known variant was a Santa Fe freight set made with the same locomotive casting, basically a slot car and the set has slot car controllers. Saw one when I was a kid at toys R us and thought it was a fever dream for a long time until I found one incomplete in a thrift store years later....to this day trying to complete the set.

The Cotton Belt daylight. I didn't think nobody made that.

I've got one of the Tyco clear F7s. Got it on eBay toward the beginning of the year. It's the Canadian Pacific style lining, sadly the Tyco stickers on both sides are gone.

I’m new to the channel!!! I just wanted to say that I absolutely love Tyco. I don’t have a lot of these models but I’m always looking for anything that will be interesting. I have to admit that I really like the Cotton Belt locomotive that you were talking about but I’ve never been able to find one either however I do know that there is also a Cotton Belt GP20 that was produced however I don’t think it has the power torque motor. I don’t know if they are hard to find or not I have seen pictures of them but I’ve never been able to find one yet but again I’m always looking for something interesting in my collection.

I like the older red box Tyco’s. I have my set from 1964/65 and some others that I have picked up over the years. I also have 3 of the Plymouth CR4 center cab switchers and I’ve been looking for the 3rd quarter 2017 issue of HO Collector.

I have one of those talgo’s but only the locomotive and it’s in OK condition pretty sure it still runs, but the previous owner tried to repaint it. I would be willing to sell it or trade it.

Might be a noob question - cause I am one..lol. I bought a Bachmann Royal Blue #1332 G-scale with no track included. No power controller. I also bought a New Bright Chicago Rail King No.375 G-scale set with rail and controller. Can I run the Royal blue on the Rail Kings track using the Rail Kings controller? Just don''t want to damage the Royal Blue's electrical. Not even sure if the track is cross compatible.

Do you have a multimeter? If so, see if the New Bright controller outputs AC or DC power. If it puts out at full speed around 14 volts DC, then yes, you should be perfectly fine running your Royal Blue.
