Seat pan tip: When drilling the two holes at the back end of the frame (right next to the newly sawed part) make sure that you mark the holes out and drill them while having the tank mounted on the bike. I took the tank off when I measured and drilled the holes and then when I tried to reassemble it had some problems with the tank "bracket-part" bend not letting the "lowermost/first" seat pan bracket slide all the way into place to fit my drilled holes. But otherwise a really great kit that´s easy and fun plus the instructions are really great! I just had some bad luck there :)

the handle bar end weight if you remove the black cap in the center there is a hex hole there for an allen wrench so you don't need pliers to remove them and mark them up

That's my bike. Stock. Looks awesome the way they are but but would love to "half" bob because I can't afford the full kit. I have vance & hines slash cut slip ons. :)
