Your programs, exercise sequences and videos provide the best resource! Have been following and using all lower body and hip-related sequences specifically, but am still left with the question of whether to consider hip surgery for a hip that responds, but only temporarily to corrective exercise. Any possibility of a video comparable to this one, discussing factors to consider for hip surgery? Thanks so much.

Nice. Efficient, quick introduction to the more detailed videos that PM has on the channel. I am already going to target two active friends with suggestions to come view this. If the interest is kindled, they will grab on to one of the other videos. Or more! BTW, you have Dr. B's name misspelled in the very first sentence of the description. Believe it or not, I kept wondering how long it was going to take before I saw this, since Coach E's name is one letter different. Eric/Erin... just a typo, hopefully easy to fix.

12 years ago I had the disc at s1 explode. Well pretty much. The doc that did surgery said she had to pick pieces of it out and off the nerve. But said the disc was already healed over. I’ve had trouble in that area ever since. Herniated disc. I suppose from the same disc. I try to not have bad movements or posture, but it’s tough. Really wish there was a way to not ever be in pain from it again!
