I drove my Syncro 4 today. I'm impressed by how much fun this buggie is, how it handles and how much you get for the price. By far the best deal in rc currently by the big 3 (Traxxas, Arrma and TC). Good video 👍. This buggie leaves the Arrma 3s stuff in the dust. Same thing with the Traxxas stuff. To me, it's better than both of the 3s Arrma and Traxxas stuff. I don't drive my RC vehicles through standing water on purpose. That's just me though 👍. I got 42mph on road and 34 mph off road with a gens ace 8000mah 4s battery. I slapped some 6s Mojave tires on it, and the speed jumped to 47 mph on road and 36 mph off road. I like it better with the Mojave tires. But the motor will probably need a fan since it hit 160F with the bigger tires. I'll probably try the 15t pinion and the Mojave tires with fans on the motor. That might be the sweet spot for me personally 👍

Just bought a Syncro4 today for $528 and for the money it seems better than the Arrma typhon 3s that is $499 atm. Metal chassis, centre diff and hobbywing rebranded electrics which is the only brand i use in my planes and helicopters seems a better option for the price!

1/8 buggy racing please. I’d be so excited to watch you take that journey, these Team Corally’s have been excellent lately. I personally have never stepped into this tier of rc I usually keep under $200. I’ve always dreamed of getting an Arrma. They seem like the overall best company but these TC buggy’s look like the better buy, at least over the Typhon

The Typhon is awesome, and that platform is great. Not trying to knock it at all, but this beast has such amazing components and quality built in for nearly the same dollar. It's tough not to recommend. But the Arrma is more fun to drive, it just has that special something. Hard not to love both for different reasons.

Probably the second best review behind mine 😁😁 It is a great rc what Corally did at this price point is amazing. Note they had a error in manufacturing the motor mount was designed for m3 screws but has m4 so get new screws or drill it out for a pinion change.

Was with a mate testing his Syncro 4, I really liked it, great quality nice set up but the Typhon is faster on 3s, it back and front flips easy unlike the Syncro, now I'm not knocking the syncro, I like it but for an all rounder the typhon knock spots off the syncro

I agree, there is something really special about the 3sblx lineup that's hard to shake. There's a fun factor that really stands out. This however is technically designed so much better for almost the same price, making it hard not to recommend. I have a soft spot for both now it seems 😅

I did exactly the same as you, got the mega and upped it to the 3sblx, which was awesome, but after I got the 6S BIGROCK, I decided to convert the typhon to a 3s BIGROCK, such a versatile chassis, a handful of parts and you can change is to any of the 3s range. I love it! The 3S BIGROCK lasted me 5 minutes and my mate bought it off me! Might have to get another one😂😂😂

About 2 weeks ago I took my 103 mph CF RTR ak 917 out did 97 mph . 4 lane road through town 2 hours later 2 RCMP at my door.. They said I could not do that because if I hit some ones car I could be in big trouble. But I could run it on the 2 lane road in front of my house with cars parked on both sides . Dose that make any sense to you.

@@benabnjm4828 I understand what they are getting at. These things are land missiles at speed. I have had RCMP pass by and tell me to keep it off the road, but only on busy streets. Hitting a parked car is less of a danger than hitting a moving vehicle so I see what they are saying. But if the arrived 2hours later to your house, it sounds like someone reported you

@@disciplinerc Yes if I hit a moving vehicle but when there are no cars on the road there is nothing to hit. Some times you wait 5 or 10 min for a 5 or 6 sec run . I have a camera coming so next time I will have proof .

I find it odd that TC likes to have several different transmitters for different models. Just seems like a waste of time n money.i hope that doesn't come across negative I honestly don't mean it to be lol. The car definitely looks super awesome n would love to try one. Also you mentioned something that kinda sunk in my noodle a bit. You mentioned how it's not nose heavy, which got me thinking about the plastic shock towers they used. I didn't get why they went plastic at first but your comment kinda made it click if not justify it for me. Cuz I bet it does help being lighter in that department. Awesome video man. I appreciate all your videos you are always fun to watch and seem like you would be a riot to even hang with lol. We should run rc together someday haha. But seriously love the videos

I agree about the TX's, but the receivers are all the same and can be all bound to one. The weight of the Spark made it dive hard, this is a lot lighter, but still a tad heavy in the front. The plastic makes a huge difference. Even though it's a bit slow for 4s stock, I like the way it handles more. Where do you harken from? Who knows, maybe we can go send something 👍

In my opinion a Hobao hyper VS1 is a better deal. Robitronic has it for 408€ which is only a bit more than the 399€ syncro. Its 6s capable, it has a sliding aluminum motor mount, sway bars and nicer shocks. And none of that powder steel.

Sorry. The center brace from the Spark does NOT fit the Syncro4. There will be a Syncro4 center brace soon I was told by support@teamcorally. The sway bars do fit and work wonderfully on the Syncro4.
