Dear Tony you are great. As a meditation teacher I'd say that your practice of sitting regularly in a familiar place - and thinking about your own life - is perfect meditation. I'd add that for most people once a year is not enough. I'd ask everyone to find a familiar quiet place and think about your own life often. Maybe twice a week? I loved your idea of setting informal goals. That makes sense since the situations of our lives are constantly changing. I liked the 3 or 4 buckets metaphor. I'd add that there is really only one bucket. All the buckets in life - self, family, business, creative expression - are always pouring into one another. There is a lot of splashing. Inspired by your video - my own goal for my music this year is to play a gig in a club in another town with a different audience. Have a great holiday!
