THANK YOU, TONY!!! This is great insight and also what the record labels used to do. I would like to add that the plan should include which band member will be in charge of which social media platform, posting schedules et al. In this way, all of the work is delegated and one person isn't doing all of the work alone.

Hey Tony! Thanks for the tips. I'm working on the recording (and mastering of the first singles) of my next album. You guys have manufactured a few of mine in the past. Putting out an album is indeed a huge undertaking and so tips on releasing are helpful!!

Totally agree about the need for an outstanding cover design. I used them to to the design layout (using art I had already chosen/licensed) for my first two albums, and they did a fantastic job, with a quick turnaround.

I have enough songs finished to put out an EP right now, but I think it's worth it to instead work towards a complete album... that way I can actually sell full price CD's and have more of an impact.

OK good advice to be sure.....The Release show(s), set of shows, or tour...? What are ou saying here, that we book ($$$) a bunch of places and just invite fans to come, or try to book a string of gigs or ...???

I like the white cinder block half and the Venetian blind half in your video production design. Like a metaphorical background structure depicting modern alienation and the domination of the bureaucratic institution in our collective life-world.
