Wouldn't mind a preset if I could tweak certain aspects of it, because I would love a robot one but don't want it to be layered heavily on... but yea if they do want to charge for extra voices it sadly makes more sense (in terms of profit) to release the same voice effect 20 times for $10 a pop with different tweaks 😭 Edit: they seriously want to consider $16 for each one? Thats insane... it would only be worth it if you had heavy control over it and even then that feels slightly overpriced. Hopefully they actually LISTEN to the relevant survey and don't price it so high. Edit 2: Also I strongly suspect this is going to be a massive waste of money for people if it does go live, given that I can see most servers banning the feature (which it shouldn't be an issue with responsible moderation + the ability to tweak the level of effect but you know some moderators rather turn a feature 100% off than actually moderating, even if the server/vc for said server isn't always huge or active)

Honestly, I'd be down with something like free basic voice changers like stuff that's offered on any mixer and then maybe having paid options that they create every so often. But they'd need to be pretty different, I'm not paying $5.00 for a slightly changed voice that can be found in the EQ settings. Give me a good quality orc voice or a wizard etc that isn't achievable on the dial and it might be worth it. Oh Discord, if you're watching this and happen to be reading the comments, can you add in a randomizer option for people that have more than a couple avatar and profile decorations? Just allow people to set their favorites from their collection and every time they open Discord it picks randoms from their favorites and can avoid holiday themed decorations if they want. Maybe get cheeky with it and add a dice button that rerolls stuff if people want as well incase they don't like those settings.
